The entire staff at Hand and Stone are wonderful. Kyle is an incredible masseuse. I was experiencing terrible back pain. Kyle was able to determine the source of the problem and sped up my recovery greatly.

First time going to Hand and Stone in Bedford NH because I received a gift card for a facial and massage package. I had a very difficult time getting an appointment. Then I received an EMAIL not a PHONE call that my appt was cancelled and I had to CALL THEM back to reschedule. I called and left 3 messages. I left messages for Megan the manager and still couldn't get a call back. Got to the point where we asked for a refund and then I was finally able to book the appointments. The facial was meh. I had added a scalp massage which lasted two minutes and was not up to par. The facial lady was very nice but didn't seem very experienced. The silver lining was the massage was amazing! Phyllis is amazing. Best massage I've ever had. I would give Phyllis 5 stars.

Well I have to say that my massage therapist was good but I paid for an hour and only got 45 mins !! I should have said something , very disappointed ☹️

I really enjoyed the facial treatment and massage I received at Hand and Stone. My facial therapist- Heather- was very professional and cordial. She did an excellent job, and considering it was my first facial and scalp massage, I would likely go back for another one in the future.

I have been a member of Hand and Stone since their opening five years ago. I have always enjoyed each massage and facial I have received here, the Massage Therapist's and Estheticians are some of the best around.They are knowledgeable and understand the true meaning of 5 star service! I have had my fair share of services around the country and this spa has set themselves apart in so many positive ways, from the services to the customer service of the front end reception to management. They make you feel like family here! My experience here has been top notch and enjoy my monthly visits with them. Keep up the wonderful work you all are doing even through this difficult time.

Wow! If I could give you guys a 10 star rating, I would! From the minute I walked through the door you would have thought they have known me forever, I felt so welcomed here! I had been going to one of their competitors for quite some time and although the services I had elsewhere were nice, the overall experience I had at this spa was well worth every penny! My massage with Frankie left me floating out door. This place is clean and the staff is professional! I signed up for a membership and booked my next appointment. See you all soon!

I started coming here in January and I really love it there! My therapist always does an excellent job and knows exactly what areas need attention and how much pressure to apply. I recently started using the hot stones and its amazing... I don't know why I never tried it before and will definitely never go back to "regular" massages! The rest of the staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere is relaxing. They really make you feel comfortable!

The ladies at the front desk always have a smile on their face and go that extra step to ensure that your time at the spa is enjoyable. They know me by name, and do more than just small talk. The massages there are also fantastic and each massage therapist I have had has been personable and more than willing to listen to your needs. Highly suggested

I love Hand & Stone. This place is awesome, from the moment you make a call for your appointment. Everyone is always so pleasant and give you celebrity treatment. The place is clean and inviting. I love the fact that if you don't go one month you don't lose the service, they accumulate. I don't know how anyone can rate it anything less than a wonderful, friendly, clean and inviting place. I love all the personnel at this place. They are wonderful and always very accommodating.

Very good massage. I think the atmosphere is top notch. It was my first massage so i didn't know what to expect but it was really relaxing and they made me feel welcome right when i got there. The only thing that i would like to see improved is the time aspect, paying for an hour massage should be a complete hour on the table, not just fifty minutes.

Nice and clean place but my massage appt was scheduled for 2 for a 50 minute massage. Still in the waiting room at 2:09 and the masseuse didn’t even start on me until 2:20. I then looked at the clock once it was finished at 3:00. I understand it was busy and need to stay on schedule but not fair to a paying customer.

The massage therapist is great!!! Frankie is always professional and I leave feeling better than when I arrived. The management and front staff are another story. They don't keep clients informed of changes in schedules or pricing. If it wasn't for my massage therapist I would go elsewhere.

I have used Hand and Stone in Bedford many times and have had a nice experience every time. You won't get a better massage anywhere than from Steve or Alena and the staff at the front desk is awesome. They're always helpful and so pleasant to work with. Try it! You'll like it!

Front staff always welcoming. When I did have a scheduling snafu the management made it right immediately. Lana is the best masseuse and well worth booking out 3 months in advance! Kaylieana is an amazing esthetician and super caring! Well worth the value and I look forward to my monthly massages.

It was the end of my fiscal year and after sitting in tension for several months my upper back and neck was one big painful knot. After 1 hour of deep tissue and hot stone massage I felt better than I remembered I could feel. The people at the front desk, the masseuse, and the atmosphere are fantastic. Highly recommend.

My masseuse is amazing! It's the best massage I've had while I was able to lay on my belly. With that being said, now that I am pregnant, I would really love to see a Prenatal Massage table (the ones with a hole for the belly) invested in. Side prenatal massage are not very satisfying.

The quality of service is very good. I've had facials and massages with mult staff (kalianna, Kim, kristy) and they were all great. They have openings on a moments notice, which for me is great cause my work schedule can be crazy. Easy to get to with plenty of parking. The front office staff can be pushy with memberships.

I was hobbling going in there and came out feeling like a new man and with Covid, they are going above and beyond making sure that everything is super clean. Not to mention how knowledgeable Phyllis was. I almost don't want to share this recommendation as I don't want everyone to rush in here and scoop her up...

I've been getting hot stone massages for about 2 years now. But today I had my first himalayan stone massage and it was incredible for my inflammation! I felt it as soon as I walked down the hallway after. The salt stones also exfoliate the body and you get all the benefits from the minerals. Such a great experience and Kelly at the Bedford Hand and Stone location was awesome! Go see her, tell her I sent ya!

Imagine my surprise when I visited Hand and Stone, in Bedford NH, where I experienced the best massage of my entire life, thus far. The hot stone massage, with a cold stone facial, from Christy was one of the best experiences I have ever had, I walked out of there with a feeling of pure bliss. Christy completely raised the bar! Today I had my first 1.5 your massage with Kelly and it was absolutely amazing. It’s the first time when I have sat up on the table after and just felt like jello. I am very active with being a jiu jitsu competitor and train kickboxing and she worked out every single area.
