I love this place! While the building entrance could use a little dressing up, don't let that dissuade you from getting a massage here. Their office is comfortable and relaxing. The technicians are professional and are highly skilled. My wife and I love to get couples massages here, and it's by far the best we've experienced in the Manchester area!!

This was my second time here. My first therapist was great, but had since left. I saw Donna for an hour and holy moly she was AMAZING. So thorough: incorporated focused breathing to really help you get that deeper stretch/muscle-relief. I love it here because they’re not pushy— not trying to up-sell you. Owner Mike smiling and friendly when you come in and leave. Clean, comfortable, quiet and the massages have been top-notch so far. HIGHLY recommend.

Called last minute for a 60 min massage and they were so kind and able to get me in last minute. I’ve had many massages, and this was by far the best I have ever had. They listened to my concerns regarding my trouble areas and I walked out feeling like a new person. You really can tell when a therapist takes their job seriously and actually cares about the client and their needs. Will definitely be back!

I had my first professional massage here today. The environment is very calming. Facility was very clean and Covid screening and protocol was perfect. I was comfortable with my therapist right away. She addressed all my needs and when I left I felt better than I have in at least 10 years. Thank you Lauren you are wonderful and I will see you next month!

I wasn't expecting a place in the middle of downtown to be so quiet and peaceful but my massage was so serene! Lauren was great and I loved everyone I talked to. Affordable and high quality! Covid precautions were extremely well done and the whole place was super clean. The massage itself was perfect and Lauren was super attentive and after a while I forgot she was there quite honestly. 😆 Can't wait to go back!

I had a couples massage with my best friend for her birthday. We saw Lauren and Mckenzie (not sure if I spelled those correctly) they made the whole experience better than we had expected. Not only were the hot stone massages AMAZING the made us feel so comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend them and can't wait to go back!

I loved everything about my time at Absolute Relief. My best friend and I were on a girls' getaway and decided it would be the perfect time for our first professional massages! Tabitha was a great communicator, especially for understanding it was my first time getting a professional massage. There is a COVID screening in place, and you're required to wear your mask except for when you are face down on the table (they use a pillow case so you aren't breathing into the open air). I felt safe and had a blissful time. Even booked another time with my boyfriend in a couple of weeks!

I booked a couples massage for my partner and I. They were highly respectful and courteous. The massage therapists were amazing and we both really enjoyed the experience and felt it was a very fair price for what we received. The one draw back I felt was that the interior seemed somewhat drab - nice decorative elements and professional tables - but the carpet looked old and the paint needs work. However, I would highly recommend thier services.

I have gotten massages here a half dozen times. They have two rooms that are sized/set up for couples. The therapists are really good at changing their technique to suit the client - I don't like really deep work but my boyfriend does. Everyone who has worked on us seems to understand that. His favorite therapist is Tabitha (she can work on really difficult knots) and I like Mackenzie because she gets all the "crunchy spots" in my back to loosen up without making it hurt. But even when they are booked we haven't had a disappointing experience here ever.

I called yesterday afternoon hoping for an opening,they had a 7pm. Nice! My neck and upper back had been in major pain since Sunday it was now Wednesday. When I got there it was a calming friendly atmosphere. I was greeted by Lisa my massage therapist. She worked on my neck and gave me really helpful advice. I've had neck pain for over ten years due to my job and have had many massages and tho they felt good at the time I was still in pain. It's the day after my session with Lisa and I feel great. I've also been using the posture and shoulder tricks she suggested. I couldn't be happier! ! THANK YOU LISA! !!!

They are so polite, personable, the place is very clean and welcoming and the staff knows their stuff. Every time I go, Bailey does a great job targeting the areas I really need done, and I leave feeling great every single time. Book a 90 minute massage with Baily Ayer reading some reviews and, let me tell you, BELIEVE THE HYPE! She was just amazing. Deep work on the knots, relaxing atmosphere, and her draping was on point. Already looking forward to the next visit.

I sometimes wakeup finding that I slept funny on my pillow and can't turn my neck properly.. in these times I hop on the absolute relief website and find the first appt I can get! It's very convenient because I tend to be able to book same day massages which is very rare. Great service and everyone is always so cheery and helpful to offer advice or deeper explanations about body pain and ways to help alleviate it
