The Owners, Therapists, & employees at Elements Middletown are super caring and create a therapeutic environment for relaxation but even more a healing environment for those who have had an injury. They have been there for me during low back issues, tennis elbow, and torn tendons. They are so knowledgeable and are a must for my therapy and in general to help with my overall well-being. I cannot say enough about the Therapist, Managers, and staff that are very willing to help when you need it most. I have been a member for several years and have never been disappointed. I have several friends that have become members who feel the same way. An overall fabulous experience every time!

I have had a membership here on and off for a few years. They have the best massage therapists I have ever encountered. The one I see now is absolutely amazing and knows how to dig out the knots in my back and I don't hurt the next day. You should do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a massage here.

I personally appreciate being able to receive a wonderful massage for a reasonable price, even if it is through membership as it encourages me to take one day a month for self care. Other places have discouraged me from enjoying this opportunity due to the overpriced services. So thank you kindly. I have seen Tony several times and each time is different, focused and very professional, plus he provides good feedback for things you can do to improve your outcome with each visit.

Great customer service. Rather busy so plan early - wish they had more walk-in opportunity for last minute planning. Therapist are good- like anywhere it’s a personal preference in who you like but I’ve found a couple that are great.

Great first time experience. Friendly and accommodating staff. The receptionist set me up with an experienced masseuse for my first massage. My masseuse, Cara, was super positive and friendly. She was great at pinpointing problem areas and made the experience very enjoyable. If I wasn’t from 10+ hours away I’d definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to Elements in Middletown for several years now, and won’t go anywhere else! The massage rooms are clean and comfortable, and the customer service is UNPARALLELED. Donna at the front desk is fabulous to work with. They have a great money saving membership deal, also. Chris is an amazing masseuse and has the knowledge and skill to take care of any problem areas, as well as show me different things to manage pain/stretch between massages. Happy I found this place!

This place is great, my wife has fibro and they have a young lady there that deals with fibro patients. I'm not lying when my wife said she was pain free for over a month after going there. It was truly wonderful. This made me so happy that she felt pain free which we don't get those days often. Once I get the money up I will be bringing her in for and hour and hopefully more often.

One of the better places in Louisville to get a massage. It was a full hour and I didn't feel like I was shorted time. I'm feeling relaxed and refreshed. The only negative thing is the couples massage isn't done in the same room but that's not a big deal.

Clean environment, friendly, attention to detail. Makes client feel comfortable and listens to purpose of massage (in my case, to relieve lower back pain). Most people think of massage as a luxury and don't think twice about spending money eating out. I would much rather put the money that is going to have therapeutic benefits and provides relief than to put money into feeding my gut. : ) Money will spent!
