I originally scheduled a “last minute 60min hot stone” massage and, unfortunately, had to reschedule. The front desk staff was very accommodating and understanding. I arrived for my massage and was greeted politely by the front desk staff, waited a few minutes and then was brought back to the massage room. I was told for the 50 minute massage, clients are given 5 minutes at the beginning to get undressed & 5 minutes at the end to .get dressed. There was a digital clock in the room & the massage therapist came in more than 8 minutes after I got undressed & the massage ended around 5 minutes early. I was in and out of the establishment within 50 minutes (which was how long the massage was supposed to last). I was pretty disappointed, considering I missed out on about 8 minutes of a massage. Considering going back, but will definitely go to Massage Envy before coming back to the keystone location

Shivonne was wonderful. She seems super knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout my facial. You can tell she enjoys her job. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a decent, customized facial. The reception staff were nice enough to get the job done.

Sarah was so pleasant and her suggestions was very helpful and awesome. The prices are the lowest in the area considering it's Keystone At The Crossing. It smelled clean and everything was neat and beautiful. Got a gift card for a Christmas gift and the customer service was awesome. Thank you for providing great customer service.

My massage therapist Courtney was fabulous. She was friendly and customer focused. She gave attention to my areas of concern and I was fully relaxed when I left. My reason for giving a 3 star rating is because of how I was treated when I called to schedule my appointment. I explained that I received a gift card and had never been there before. The receptionist asked me for a credit card in case I cancel or miss my appointment. I told her I could give the numbers on my gift card. She said no and insisted I give a credit card number or I couldn’t move forward with scheduling my appointment. I ended up giving her my credit card information and let her know I felt like she displayed poor customer service.

I’ve recently switched to this location from the Carmel one, and I absolutely love it. I’ve had wonderful massages with Christina, and I just got done with an incredible facial from Kay. I’m glowing! It’s a relaxing atmosphere and I’ve only had high quality service here. When I had had an issue, I was able to speak with the owner who was not only kind but handled the problem swiftly and professionally. The admin ladies at the front are always welcoming. I highly recommend this location!

We have a monthly membership and drive from Greenwood to Castleton to get massages. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing, the staff is friendly, the massage therapists want to focus on your problem areas. They genuinely listen and change the pressure they're applying if you say something. The services they offer are wonderful, the hot stone massage with peppermint oil is one of my favorites! It's so easy to schedule an appointment, we love hand and stone!

A few weeks ago, I went into H&S for a 50 Min Pumpkin Enzyme facial and I absolutely loved it! It was evident that the room was cleaned thoroughly beforehand (with fresh towels, robes, etc.), there was a sign letting me know that it was clean (which was a nice touch), and all staff were wearing masks. I was asked if I wanted water or anything else, which made me feel luxurious. It felt amazing to sit back and relax during the facial. My esthetician, Kay, walked me through each step and what she was applying to my face, which I appreciate because I do have dry/sensitive skin and am apprehensive to try new things. I was also pleasantly surprised by the “extraction” part; I’ve only had one facial before at a different provider and after that one, my skin was extremely red and inflamed after the extractions. Kay’s hands were gentle and I believe she used better tools that don’t irritate as much, so my skin was happy and calm when I walked out! My face glowed for weeks and my skin loved the treatment! Overall 10/10, I’m excited for another

All the staff were professional and all that "new spa, new massage therapist" nervous energy was gone as soon as i walked in!

They were not very professional up there and I have been a member for such a long time I didn’t want to give it up so I thought I would try the Keystone at the Crossing location. I was assigned Bunny And can’t say enough good things about her. They are all very kind and patient and accommodating that I think I found my new home for my massage..

I truly had the most amazing experience at this location, today. I've been a member for 2 years or so now, and the other location I use is in no comparison. I started off having a rough morning and the staff was so accommodating. I got a massage and facial, much needed self care day. Gina and Rebecca were my therapists and they were so personable and careful to give honest feedback as well as hospitable service. The front desk staff was so helpful and even recommended a breakfast place since I was late for my appointment and they were able to switch my appointment times. Being in the hospitality industry, I would love for management and owners to see how well their staff takes care of guests.

Wanted to share what a great massage with cupping I had at Keystone Hand & Stone. Had never experienced that type of massage and will request it next time. There was no pressure or bruises which I had experienced with other massages. If you are older, I would highly recommend. The facility was immaculate and enjoyed my conversation with Steven, the theraptist. If you need to relax you should check this out.

I’ve been to several spas in my day, but the Hand & Stone at Keystone Crossing is a cut about. As a senior, I’ve been concern about COVID and how I would like a massage wearing a mask, would it be sanitized, etc. The mask - forgot I had it on the massage was great. There is nothing to be concerned about here. The spa was particularly clean and appeared to have been recently cleaned even in the Middle of the day. They had made sure that I was comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. I felt very safe, my massage with Tyrell was incredible and i know I’ll be back. I left finally feeling like myself after all these months. If you have any doubts about going for a massage - Keystone Crossing is the place to go.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. I had Joslyn for a one hour massage. She listened to my concerns and tailored her massage to meet my needs. She did a great job of relieving the stress and tension in my back, neck and shoulders.

I love Hand and Stone and have been going since they first opened. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever received today from Tyrell. He was eager to listen to my requests as far as how much pressure to use and wanted to know if any muscles needed extra attention. During these crazy times you wonder who’s following true sanitation guidelines, rest assured Hand and Stone at Keystone at the Crossing is, and it’s not for show, they have been doing that since they first opened.

My first visit here and it was wonderful! Facial was incredible, I had immediate results from my microdermabrasion and hydration procedure. My esthetician was very knowledgable and helpful. I also had an amazing massage that I didn't want to end. They have great customer service and a nice atmosphere but parking can be difficult.

I went to the Keystone at the Crossing location. Absolutely fantastic! Everyone there was so welcoming and so nice! Rebecca did my Himalayan salt massage with a peppermint scalp massage. It was amazing! She knows what she is doing! I felt so much better upon leaving. Highly recommend her and this location!

Had my second visit there last night and had a massage with Dana S. She was amazing! I understand why she is the hardest to schedule with and all the great reviews prior. Had a fantastic experience at Hand and Stone on Saturday (Oct 19). I choose the CDB oil massage, which turned out to be one of the most relaxing times ever at a spa. Just perfect. Kyle did the massage and applied the perfect amount of firm pressure and technique, focusing on the areas I requested while hitting all of the major areas you'd expect in a one hour massage. I VERY highly recommend H&S Spa, and plan on booking again soon.

In the past few weeks, I have made 2 visits to Hand & Stone that I very much enjoyed. For my first visit, I had my first experience of Cupping Decompression. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but Kyle did a great job . I truly think that I may have found my new favorite form of massage. If you have not tried this before, I highly recommend you do. For my 2nd visit, I had a Men's Facial. Once again, another new experience for me. I appreciated how Kay would explain to me the products she use and what they were going to do when she applied them. When she was finally finished, I was very relaxed and my skin had a nice glow about it Update 11/14/19: Yesterday I made another visit to Hand and Stone, this time to try a CBD massage. I was a little on the fence about doing this since I was going to be getting in the car for a 2 hour drive after the massage. What I found was that when I reached my final destination, I did not feel the tension in my body I usually experience after sitting for an extended length of time. I truly believe that the quality of the massage from Kyle, combined with the properties of the CBD prolonged the effects of the massage.

I just had a great massage today at Hand and Stone. The entire team is extremely friendly, my massage therapist listened to my needs and met them, and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. I ended up adding on a CBD oil foot massage and it made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this location for anyone in need of some relaxation.

I’ve come here for both the intro massage and intro facial with microdermabrasion. Kyle did my massage and Tammy my facial. Both were wonderful experiences. I came in with a giftcard from Christmas but will definitely be returning for future services. There were multiple different upgrades and various other things offered to me during my services, and info about the club as well, however I never felt anyone came off as pushy.

A great experience for my elderly mother today at Hand and Stone. The therapist and staff were excellent and patient with her and she loved how her skin was soft and glowing. I would recommend this location to anyone. The owner Mark was on site and was amazing!

Enjoyed a deeply relaxing hour-long CBD oil massage with Kevin today. I didn't know what to expect by adding CDB oil to the experience, but I felt noticeably more relaxed during and immediately after the massage. Even better...that post-massage relaxation effect lasted far longer than usual. Writing this several hours later, I still feel like I just stepped out of a spa. I can't recommend the CBD oil enhancement enough, and look forward to trying it again. This was my third treatment at Hand and Stone...each experience has been wonderful from start to finish. The staff really goes out of their way to pamper you the moment you walk in the door. Highly recommended!

One of the best massages I ever had! The reception area was bright, airy, and clean. I felt very safe the whole time. Everyone in the spa exercised social distancing measures and wore face masks. I barely waited for 2 minutes (after I turned in my new customer form) before my therapist, Tyrell, brought me to the therapy room. I had an hour Swedish massage and Tyrell was wonderful. Just like any good therapists, he used different strokes to work with my muscles vs just brute force. He checked with me few times along the way to make sure the pressure was comfortable. Due to the face mask I wore, I felt hot and cold on the table and Tyrell adjusted the temperature twice during the hour long massage. I felt very relaxed and rejuvenated at the end. Will definitely go back and see Tyrell again!

I had literally the best massage of my life from Dana. So attentive to what I went in for, and so kind! Used a hot stone just to work out a huge knot I had. I'm a big ball of emotion and stress, my dad died 2 weeks ago and I am in town to see my family, and without even knowing my situation I felt so tended to and my pain in my neck feels a thousand times better after just 1 massage?! LOVED the concept of this spa. Many wonderful services for everyone. My massage was EXACTLY what I needed. I went home feeling sooo relaxed and de-stressed. The prices are competitively priced, and when you become a month member, the prices are even better. This is honestly one of the best spa concepts I've encountered, and I'm looking forward to doing something healthy and positive for myself every month. If you haven't tried it yet, you should. I consider this as important as eating well, exercising and getting enough rest. All of us lead crazy and often stressful lives, and we should be proactive in staying well and whole. The CBD massage oil was an amazing option for my problem areas! It tingled the pain away in my neck and shoulders especially. The oil didn't leave me greasy afterwards, and the lemongrass and camphor scent wasn't overpowering at all. I had the option of choosing between 0.0% and 0.3% THC. Kyle did a wonderful job of explaining the difference and his neck stretch with the hot towel afterwards was the perfect way to finish!

Got a facial. She did perfect. She got all the grime out of my pores and her mini shoulder rub was FABULOUS. That was relaxing. She dabbed some liquid on a nasty bleeding pimple she scooped out and even though it looks awful when I first left, the product she used made it 100% better in a little time. Tierany and Meg were wonderful. I saw Tierany for a deep tissue and i felt my stress go away. Afterwards, i had the pleasure of having Meg do my facial and microdermabrasion and she was great and very educational. I love hand and stone and have gone to the clay terrace location many times. I would give this location 5 stars however it seems like the locations have a hard time transferring packages location to location and it’s a bit of an inconvenience.

Focus is on making money, not relaxation. The first person that greeted me was awesome and acted like she’s worked for a spa. After that, the focus was how to get me back. And it was obvious. Not relaxing, but great microdermabrasion.
