I hadn’t been to Elements for a while and now I remember why. The massage was just ok, but not as helpful as most I’ve experienced. My major concern was that I paid for 90 minutes and the therapist was with me barely 65 minutes. I was even there early and she was late collecting me then quite early finishing. One of the other therapists came through the lobby reeking of cigarettes and the smell seemed to be circulating through the ventilation system in the massage room too. I don’t buy their membership push, so my rates definitely merited more than I received.

I’ve just had one of the best massages, I’ve ever had today. Daniella was superb! I told her where my tight muscles were and she addressed each and every spot with precision. I almost fell asleep, right after she did my neck, shoulders & upper back. OMG, and when she finished my lower legs and feet I felt as if I was melting into the table. Can’t wait to see her again.

I enjoyed my massage from Crystal! She asked a lot of questions and paid attention to areas that I asked her to focus on which was my back. My hair is in braids and I informed Crystal that I didn't want my head to be massaged because of the oils. She informed me that she can start on my face and hair first with no oils. I also forgot to take my necklace off and Crystal said no problem, I'll work around it. Crystal was great! The music and lighting was perfect. So glad I decided to get a 90 minute massage. It was much needed. The receptionist was nice as well. I had problems with my gift card and she was able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue- all with a smile.

My partner and I had back-to-back massages with Crystal T. and we both had a fantastic experience. Crystal has such a sweet and calming presence and spent time to understand what we needed and ensured we were comfortable. We had level 2-3 massages that were both relaxing and therapeutic. I prefer quiet during my massages and my partner likes to chat, and Crystal flowed with both. This is the second Elements location I’ve been to. In my experience, Elements does a great job at maintaining clean salons and creates an atmosphere that’s soothing. We aren’t in town for long but will definitely try to book with Crystal again before we return home. Thanks Crystal!

I have not had regular massages since 2019 so I knew ahead of time that this was going to be a "painful " experience. I hold a lot of tension in my body. I worked with Danielle and was so impressed! She stayed connected and adjusted her pressure if needed. I've searched for "my place" for a while and believe I've found it!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! My husband and I went in for a massage while in the area. I have received massages in the past, but never tried a Himalayan Salt massage. It was OUTSTANDING! My body felt completely relaxed and my back felt like it had new life. The area was extremely clean and they did everything to help us feel comfortable and safe. I will definitely be back!

Ricky T is the MAN! Hands down one of the best massages I've ever received. It was a great balance of relaxation and being therapeutic with the deep tissue. Typically, I don't expect much when selecting "deep tissue" at chain services (they are usually not deep), but Ricky T. delivered. He got me feeling right! I also enjoyed how he didn't talk all that much, and I got to really relax. He was also great at coaching me to relax in certain positions, which was more difficult than previously imagined. I appreciate the range of motions that he took my joints through, too. 10/10 for that gentleman.

I’ve had 2 massages here. I get deep tissue massages often. Because of the Pandemic my normal massage entity is closed. I don’t want to bash the therapists but the two I had were very inexperienced and lack technique. I will not being going back. The environment is nice but it is also misleading.

This branch has great customer service! I always use the services of Alex (male) for my Massage Therapy. He is AMAZING! Everyone else knows this as well so you have to schedule an appointment with him at least a month in advance. Believe me when I tell you it is worth the wait!Thank you Alex for always helping me feel better wherever on my body I may be having an issue that day!

Office staff is very organized and on point. Have only had experience with one of their massage therapists, Dom, and he is excellent. Legit deep tissue massages. Made me realize the "deep tissue" massages I've had previously were extremely weak.

Very comfortable atmosphere! Andrew at the front desk made very pleasant conversation, explained everything very well, and even gave me a small tour before my massage. And Dan was great! I left feeling very relaxed and I absolutely loved my experience here. I will be coming back for sure.

Called in last minute and was given an appointment within an hour. My therapist was excellent--one of the best massages I've ever had! This is not a spa (and should not be confused with one. The massages I get at spas are much more expensive and come with wine and rain head showers--it's an experience), but for a problem or even relaxation this is an amazing option that offers easily available appointments at convenient times. I like it much better than other similar "chain" massage locations in the area, as I don't have to go through a sales pitch while I'm attempting to pay after a very relaxing massage.

I went for a massage this week after they were promoting prices at an event I attended. They got me in the next day. The massage therapist was nice, but clearly inexperienced. She also short me over 10 minutes. It was mediocre at best. I will not be back.

I got my first massage here over the weekend. When I walked in my lower back, right hip and feet were aching horribly. My massage therapist Johnny listened to my concerns and worked out the pain! It was the best massage I'd had in awhile. For the first time in months, I woke up this morning pain free. I look forward to going back

Stopped here with my friend while in town for a convention last weekend and so glad we did. I believe the therapist who worked on me was named Alex and I have to say Ive never felt better. I really liked how he talked to me during the massage like when telling me my tailbone area seemed to be locked up which I had no idea because no one had mentioned it before. Horror Hound Convention is coming up and I definitely we be paying a visit to Elements Message before driving home.

Love this place very nice! amazing and talented massage therapist. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.... the reception is not always very friendly or perfessional. If you can look past that (after a while I couldn't. I canceled my membership) you'll have a great massage therapist.

Cole was great for my last massage. My only complaint is that they have therapists who leave that do specific massage and they do not replace them with someone that does that type massage. An example is Jodi who did lymphatic massage. They said they were getting someone trained in lymphatic and it has been almost 2 years and they have not.

This is another of the elements chain and they are consistent with other states we've used them in. The staff is courteous and the layout and processes are familiar. The pricing is the same which is about industry standard and they have a range of therapists to choose from. It's a nice place to get some muscle aches out and the only elements I'm aware of up this far north.

Christina was able to work a pinched nerve out in 1 session where others had failed. Wellness program is well designed and ideal for HSA programs. Always friendly and helpful not to mention professional at the front desk. TWO THUMBS UP!!!

This was by far the best experience !! I have severe back issues , and it helped me get back to work better than ever !! I chose to do the wellness program !! Great way to save money , and go monthly to keep my back pain free. They have only licensed massage therapists , and they can accommodate to any physical needs.
