I don't normally write a review on the places I visited but this SPA deserved it. Me and my sister, together with our friends, visited Houston for a week and decided to have a full body massage before our flight. We often go for a massage like twice a month and had a lot of massage throughout our life but the experience at Bambu Spa Massage was the BEST. They offer various services, from deep facials, and relaxing massages to laser hair removal and post-op care services. Taking my appointment was very easy, and all the front desk staff was very friendly and appointment availability was immediate. 100% professionals and their facilities smell natural Bambu as well as a relaxing and serene atmosphere. The team was all exceptional. All I can say is WORLD CLASS.

I don’t typically write reviews but this was something I definitely needed to share so other people know how amazing this place is. I would rate this place 10 stars if that was an option, that’s how much I love it. I have been going to Bambi Spa Massage for 2.5 months now and this place has far exceeded my expectations. My therapist is Veronica and she is simply the best. I had a Tummy tuck, Bra line lift, Liposuction and BBL so I have been coming here for my Lymphatic massages. Every visit Veronica educates me on what I should be doing to continue to heal properly and she makes sure to ask about how I am feeling and any concerns I have. She has amazing customer service skills and she truly does the job to the very best of her abilities. She always explains about techniques she uses and how it will help in the healing process. She has truly gone above and beyond to make sure I understand what needs to do to get the best results from my surgeries. Believe I have tried other places for lymphatic massages and this place far exceeds any of the places I tried. Bambu Spa Massage is hands down the best for lymphatic massages and I would recommend everyone to try it out as you will not be disappointed.

I love this place..!!! I came for a lymphatic drainage after my post op, my therapist was the best, she explained to me each step of my lymphatic drainage Massage and and what I have to do at home. Since I walked in the Spa, It smelled amazing and is very clean, I feel at home…!! Everyone there is so nice, the owners are always there, and all the girls are amazing, they treat me like a princess I love it..!! I do highly recommend.

I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment on Thursday night. Bambu Spa welcomed me in with a friendly smile. First Impressions count so much! All the staff is truly Great! The Esthetician was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I was pretty impressed with the final result. My face and neck have never felt better. The massage therapists were all exceptional. All I can say is WORLD CLASS. A combination of Swedish massage, hot stones, and aromatherapy is perfect. The staff is all very kind and friendly. If you want to be pampered and experience an amazing massage then I recommend that this is the place to go. Thanks Again Bambu Spa, all your services are Amazing! Bambu Spa definitely deserves all 5 stars. I have never gotten a massage before and was very anxious about picking the right place, and even after seeing how great the reviews were I was still nervous. Immediately after walking in I was taken care of and felt at ease because of how friendly the staff were, the place smelled nice, and the front area was very comforting and visually appealing. Sandra was my massage therapist and I was very satisfied with my first visit because of how professional and friendly they were to me. The massage itself was extremely relaxing and stress relieving. My body and mind felt so at ease due to Sandra's healing touch. I definitely plan on returning here regularly, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else because I've already found the perfect place. Honestly, this is one of the few places that truly deserves more than 5 stars.

Veronica and Sandra did an amazing job with our couples massage! They were so nice and sweet! From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and the customer service was great! the young lady at the front was very nice as well! I’ve been going here for about a month now for lymphatic drainage massages following a mommy makeover and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The spa is very clean, comfortable, welcoming, and the staff is wonderful. My therapist Dubraska is very knowledgeable, thorough, and one of the kindest people I’ve ever met! I feel amazing whenever I leave and I look forward to going back. The package deals allowed me to get many more sessions than I would’ve been able to elsewhere and I’m glad I found this place because I have undoubtedly been able to recover much quicker by having these done and the level of service here is impeccable. I could not imagine not getting them done here especially with all the benefits they provide! I wish I had known about these a decade ago following a c-section! 10/10 highly recommend : )

This was my first massage ever and it was absolutely amazing! I was a bit nervous about the process but from the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Not only was the staff great but the space was clean and relaxing. The aroma and music made it it very easy to unwind. My massage therapist Dubraska was great! She immediately noticed my stress and tension and she went to work! I would definitely recommend and I definitely will be returning!

Wow! What an spectacular experience. I was welcomed to this clean, professional establishment by the smiling faces of the very pleasant staff. Sandra C. was incredible at providing THE best deep clean facial I’ve ever had. She was gentle, thorough and my skin could not feel better once she was done. Absolutely recommend Bambu Spa. Oriana has been doing my post -op lymphatic massages for Chin Lipo and she has been amazing!!! she has angel hands and genuinely cares about your full recovery. Superb! I love this place! It’s new, clean, and fresh. The people are genuine and kind and really make you feel at home and comfortable. When I came in, I was absolutely miserable. My body was so full of fluid and bloating that I couldn’t even button my pants. I first went in for pressotherapy and then came back the following day for the sauna blanket. I felt instant relief and days later I continued to deflate. I will definitely make these services part of my self care routine as the prices are very reasonable. 5 stars for great service and a pleasant experience. ✨ Highly recommended!

Such a comfortable atmosphere as soon as you arrive. Very clean calming and un cluttered with merchandise. Their goal in keeping you calm and comfortable with the gentle music and room set up is on point. They provide everything you need and some to get you settled for your massage. I have nothing but great things to say about this spa. So let’s start off with the price was right. My doctor had recommended I have a few lymphatic massages done to help with my recovery after lipo 360. I called around to several other spa’s and all seemed to be extremely expensive for what I needed. I found this place on google by accident and thought I would give it a try. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted by a very polite and professional receptionist. The waiting area was clean, calm and gave a relaxing feel of comfort. I met with Sandra, who going to be my therapist. She was very attentive to my needs.. She gave me the best massage and her techniques helped eased my pain and anxiety. Afterwards, I immediately felt a relief in those discomfort swollen areas. I can not wait for my next session!!! This place is a hidden jewel!!!

Even the front desk management was fantastic (the male) he was very accommodating to my schedule and needs. Always address me with proper greetings and by my name. I came to Bambu Spa for lymphatic drainage massage following a tummy tuck and liposuction surgery, and it was a truly excellent experience! Oriana (the massage therapist) really knows what she’s doing and helped the swelling and inflammation go down so fast that even my surgeon was impressed. Oriana was also very knowledgeable about tummy tuck/lipo aftercare, which was reassuring for me as I’ve never had any cosmetic procedures done before. She genuinely cares about her client’s results, and is so friendly as well! I have had a sore neck and shoulder for a couple of months and decided to go to bambu spa. I had researched my options and took a chance on this spa based on previous ratings. I could not have made a a better choice. I explained my needs and staff recommended a back, shoulder and neck massage. It lasted about 90 min. And my masseuse Zoe was thorugh and the massage, addressed everyone one of my needs that i had explained to her. I didnt think she missed a muscle, in her efforts and she gave particular attention to the muscle group that was bothering me the most. I have now gone back for two additional massage. Spaced a week apart. I have nothing but praise for every service i received and think it was money well spent. And the staff was beyond my expectation, polite , professional, calming. At 2 am three days after breast reconstruction surgery that involved fat grafting, I desperately scoured the internet for lymphatic drainage therapists. I called and was able to be seen the same day my the wonderful Diana. I went in so scared 10 days post op freaking out because my stomach was so hard. I needed lymphatic drainage and needed to find a place in Katy as going to the Galleria almost every day was getting to be too much plus they didn’t have after business hours or weekends available. My friend referred me to Bambu Spa. I was very happy that they accommodate appointments after 5pm and Saturdays. So I went in to see Dayana and y’all... she has hands of an angel! The area where I needed lymphatic drainage was small and I went in thinking, compared to the other place, that it was going to be a bit painful but her method was completely different. Again, the area I needed was small (neck area), my friend who had gone to her needed larger areas of lymphatic drainage and she had a different experience when it comes to how deep she needed to work with her. Therefore it all depends but I was very happy with her method. I need to go back to get a full body massage, I can only imagine how relaxing it must be. Dayana was great!
