A+++ for professional, cleanliness, and expertise. Beautiful atmosphere,environment, and best of all knowledgeable and professional staff. I came here two days before my wedding for a relaxation massage. And achieved what it was supposed to do as I left very calm . Tia and Alfonso were very knowledgeable and very friendly and I definitely look forward to coming back. The place from outside doesn’t look very appealing so I was a bit hesitant at first, but as soon as I walk in their suite I noticed how calm, clean, and beautiful it looked. Definitely recommend

I booked a couples massage for my partner and my 3 year anniversary, and LET ME TELL YOU!! Not only were the masseuses incredibly kind, talented, and welcoming, but when my partner and I were going to be late they were super understanding and moved our session for a later time that day. We drove up and thought hmm… is this it? You may have had or will have a similar experience, but once you get inside not only is it well-decorated with a soothing atmosphere, but you are greeted by wonderful people. Would recommend to ANYONE wanting any type of massage :)

My boyfriend surprised me with massages for our 3+ anniversary and we were here for a couples massage at the Bloomfield location. I had Carl and my partner had the woman, I believe her name was Tia. Oh my god, we were absolutely shell-shocked. Beautiful atmosphere. Amazing customer service. Perfection in their craft. The two were so friendly and accommodating; I’m a Type 1 Diabetic and Carl went around my CGM and other medical attachments without being briefed or asked. I am so thankful. Definitely will be booking again soon, and I 100% recommend to anyone looking for affordable and top tier massages in the Hartford area

My youngest son surprised me for my birthday for a deep massage with Maria. She shared the short amount of time she’s been an MT and I was surprised. This young woman gave me one of the best massages I’ve received. (I’ve been trying different places for years now) So welcoming and polite. The office air quality felt very clean and so were the massage tables/beds. Temperature was perfect and the music choice was perfect as well. My hopes are that Maria one day opens up her own business!!

Oh my goodness! As someone who is no stranger to self care and getting routine massages, THIS experience with Tia at her new location in Bloomfield is by FAR the best massage I have ever had! Her hands are literally soft as silk and she applies the perfect amount of pressure and makes sure to check and make sure of my comfort level. The ambiance, oils, massage are a 10 out of 10. Elite Massage worked with me to get me in for a massage on the same day I called. I went to the Bloomfield location and it was very clean and peaceful. Tia did a great job addressing the muscle knot in my back and still managed the time to give me a full body massage. I really appreciated how she worked with my injury while checking to ensure I wasn't uncomfortable. Feeling a lot better today and will definitely be back.

The day of our massage i had Tia and my wife had Rose. We were both super happy with our relaxing full body massage and how comfortable they made us feel. There is a reason why this place is five stars, because the massage is amazing. Don't be deterred by the outer appearance of the building: you will be transported to peace and tranquility as soon as you come up the steps. Absolutely amazing service! My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate for Valentine’s Day. I was a little apprehensive about getting a massage after having a not so great experience at another spa. Elite completely changed my mind on how massages should actually be! Tanya was my masseuse today. This woman has magical hands. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and even put on a playlist that I loved. I loved how small and personal this business was. It made me feel comfortable and at home. I was completely relaxed. I really appreciated how professional and kind Tanya was. This facility is amazing as soon as you step into her facility it is like you are in a totally different space. My sister and I received a massage January 30, 2021 and it was amazing! They were very clean and mindful of how comfortable we were before during and after the service. This will be a service I use regularly. Highly recommend!

So to be honest I'm from cape cod so when I went here the area threw me off a bit. That being said they were wonderful. The massage was different than I am use to there was stretching involved and was pleasantly surprised at how much it helped!!!! I don't live in the are but if I did I would definitely be seeing them weekly!!

Great hidden gem! The building is nothing to look at on the outside, but they have created a very relaxing place inside. I have seen Tonia twice, and she does a great job of tailoring the massage to your needs, and checking-in about pressure and overall comfort. I'd go every week if I could!

Wow! Elite Massage is incredible! I have received professional massages for years--Thai massage, Chinese massage, deep tissue, etc., I can tell right away how good or bad the massage is. Rose was my masseuse--she is fabulous to work with - she worked very well on the tension in my back-- I enjoyed the deep pressure and she focused well on my tension areas. Don't judge Elite Massage by its exterior, the inside is well decorated and tranquil. My husband also spoke highly of Rose. Highly recommend!

The massage I received was AMAZING. I was seen by Tanya and she did an awesome job. My body feels like heaven. I went today and the outside of the building may throw you off (it is not a bails bond) but I guarantee when you get inside the aura and vibe is so different. It is very relaxing and inviting. Tanya was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back and I'm telling everyone about this spot. The fact that this business is black owned and has a female CEO makes me want to support the business even more. This is definitely one of the gems in Hartfort, CT. This was my first time visiting this business and I can honestly say, everything about this place is relaxing and welcoming. Upon arrival, you walk up the stairs and the first thing I noticed was the low lighting, gentle music and calming aromas. Next, I met Tia, the massage therapist. She is so kind and sweet. She makes sure you feel comfortable. After filling out a waiver, she takes you into a private room and proceeds to carry on her profession. The techniques she uses feel so amazing. It's hard to put it into words but I can say she definitely does her job well. I highly recommend this establishment.

A hidden gem of Connecticut. I came from Cleveland traveling around the country and ended up here for a few days. I saw the 5 star reviews when I was looking for a massage to help relax from all the travel. Tanya was my masseuse and she did wonders. I've gotten massages from maybe 7 different people and this one was by far my favorite. She checked in on the pressure often for different spots, the lotion was great, the atmosphere was better than expected and she even went over on time to make sure the massage finished. If I ever wander through here again I'll be sure to stop for another. Maybe on my way home.

Don't judge a book by its cover. Building at first glance makes you go "wth?" However once inside its like any other place, just its own feel. Tanya is amazing. Went for a couples massage. Scheduled my appt online after buying the 90 mins groupon deal. I thought I was getting a massage by Letetia (email confirmation) but ended up with Tanya instead. No big deal , I didnt say anything . Tanya did an amazing job on my posterior chain. She was very attentive to the areas I mentioned needing special attention. She was responsive to my breath and posture throughout .I really enjoyed the fact that I was able to choose the type of music being played. They really want to put you in that type of mood/ environment to make you feel most relaxed . She mentioned it was a body shaming free zone and was very professional throughout the massage . Thank you Tanya for your amazing work, I feel great today and satisfied ! The location is near Hartford hospital and in a safe environment, dont be fooled by the surrounding area. You can also park in their building complex even though there is a sign for no parking ; its meant for people at the hospital.

Dont be fooled by their appearance from the street! Once inside they have a cozy office and multiple rooms. Tanya did a wonderful job & is highly skilled. I would have to recomend the 90min. Session to anyone curious, the 60min. Is just to short. Amazing staff and comfortable environment will deffinately return!
