Very professional atmosphere, the best smell and feeling right when you walk in the door so clean they have the friendliest most knowledgeable ladies working there it’s so nice to be greeted with a smile and positive energy! Truly this is pure class and I would recommend this spa to anyone who wants top of the line work! Salus Wellness Spa has moved to a beautiful new location in Jenison. They now offer some amazing new services in addition to massage therapy, facials, and skin treatments. They now offer salt halo therapy (for skin and respiratory wellness), hydro massage chairs, float therapy in amazing new Dreampods, an infrared sauna, and foot massage treatments. All the staff are professional, courteous, and excel in their specialties. Gift cards are available.

Salus has been one of my favorite places since I started going years ago. Their new location in Jenison really took it up another level though. I love all the new services they offer and enjoy trying new things here as they add them. The building is very clean and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Always a good place to go if you’re in need of some relaxation! Their float therapy and massages are my favorite.

Salus is a very welcoming and comfortable Spa. My partner and I got a 80 minute couples massage (new clients) with Miranda and Jentry as a honeymoon treat and it was perfect! Miranda was very kind and was great at explaining things for my partner's first massage. Jentry did an amazing job and provided a great massage service! I really appreciated her communication (my first massage as well) and especially her skill. Everything was very relaxing and even better than expected. My shoulders were so tense beforehand and they felt incredible afterwards! I hope I can come back soon!

Pregnancy massage was terrific! Relaxing atmosphere, the adjustable bed (breast and belly cavities with adjustable belly strap) helped me feel supported while also able to completely relax. And my FSA reimburses for the massage with the receipt! Can't lose with that.

They were kind about it and assisted me with rescheduling. The environment is clean and welcoming when you enter the salon. The actual massage was heavenly. What a wonderful experience at Salus in Jenison! They were so kind, took care of me before, during and after my massage. This place is gorgeous, clean, modern yet calming. They have a great range of services, definitely something for anyone who is willing to invest in their own (or someone else's) well being! Call it pampering, a quiet celebration of life, or coping.... This is a great place to go when the world has been "a bit too much!". Sean did a great job on my massage. As a longtime veteran of massages, he included a few techniques and "found" a few problem areas that were new to me. He will teach you as much as you like; he asked me up front what I liked or did not like about past experiences, so he could provide the best service possible. Very cool!!!! I'm intrigued by the different types of therapies, including the float therapy (sensory deprivation in water), hydromassage, Halo (salt) therapy for skin and respiratory wellness, and the Infrared Sauna for detoxification and just.... Well, warmth!! They have a great variety of spa quality products for sale as well, so please go there before you do much holiday shopping!! You might just save yourself a lot of wrapping, and give something wonderful that takes up *no space*. ;)

I got a custom facial and eyelash tint with Emerson and it was an amazing experience! She really listened to my concerns for my skin and not only customized the facial directly for my skin needs, but also educated me on the ingredients of the products she was using and explained each step of the process. She is definitely very knowledgeable about skincare and different skin types/needs. She also made me feel so comfortable and was very gentle. Afterwords I felt more relaxed than I have been in a year. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you! P.S. The eyelash tint was also fantastic and I can actually see my eyelashes now! No need for mascara anymore :)

This was my first time going to Salus and I couldn't have been happier! Alli was my masseuse and she was WONDERFUL! I have knots on top of knots and she worked on them and helped my pain level go down and my mobility go up. My neck was quite sore and 7 days later I still have NO pain and 100% mobility!!!!! She checked with me periodically during the massage to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure she was using. She was professional & kind. The location was easy to find and the office and the massage room were sparkling clean. I HIGHLY recommend Salus!

I went here with a friend for a little Mom's day getaway pampering. Neither one of us ever had a professional massage before. We were a little nervous, but excited! The front desk staff was friendly. They even offered us something to drink while we were filling out our paperwork. When we were brought back for our massage, we were given a private room & given time to get ready. Once we were ready, they entered the room, explained everything they were doing before they did it, they always made sure we were covered properly & that the pressure was adequate. The whole experience was very relaxing including the light music & scented oils. We may not be able to go very often, but we will definitely visit Salus for a Massage again!

Such a wonderful location to get massages. I have booked here twice for a few girls birthdays. They have been super accommodating each time. The most recent visit I asked for a stomach accommodation due to gall stone attacks and they placed me in a pregnancy massage bed. It was great! I got a massage here because I have chronic inflammation in my body, and once I let the masseuse know, she focused on my problem areas right away. They have friendly staff and make it very easy to relax in the room and then they meet you up front afterwards. I had Maria for a 1 hr massage and she was great! She gave me tips for how to handle any soreness after the massage and to drink plenty of water.

As far as relieving pain, we don't think they helped with that. But it was for sure calming and helped us feel more relaxed throughout the day (since we got it in the morning). I was treated to a facial and paraffin wax treatment on my feet yesterday, a gift from a beautiful friend. It was such a wonderful experience. I felt like I was melting right into the table, I was so relaxed. I have very sensitive skin and most products and treatments only exacerbate this situation, but Salus has a new product line that is extremely gentle and felt like heaven on my skin. On a whim, after watching the Salus Massage Therapy weekly Blog video on Reflexology and doing a little research, decided to add a Reflexology treatment after my massage this week. Following the treatment I felt more relaxed than I usually do after only having a massage, drank lots of water and went to bed. This morning when I woke up, I realized for the first time in a very long time, I slept a full seven hours, no tossing and turning, no waking up throughout the night and felt refreshed without drinking my normal 2-3 cups of coffee first. I have had sleep issues for years, and not sure I remember what a full nights sleep and waking up refreshed felt like. Even if the only benefit is sleep (though I suspect there are many more), Reflexology treatments with Dave will be added to my health/wellness routine.

I'm already impressed right off the bat. I was on their website to purchase a gift card for my fiancé. Her birthday is coming up, and seeing as she's carrying our child, I thought the pregnancy massage would help her out tremendously. I try to give her at-home massages, but my arthritis is so bad I can't really do much. Major props to anyone in this industry. I imagine it has to take a toll on your fingers. Anyways, the website, when you purchase anything, you have to click view your cart after you add an item. A prompt will pop up. If you don't, there's no actual cart icon anywhere on the screen. I looked in the usual places, top right corner of the webpage, as well as clicking on the scroll down menu. They put me on hold and investigated. At which point they thanked me for bringing it to their attention, and also had a quick solve. Add another item, when the pop up prompts to view cart, view cart. Delete any item you don't want. Simple. They could have just as easily told me to come in store, but still took the time to figure out how to help me out. I'll edit this with an update once I hear how the massage goes. But judging by the reviews, I'm sure she'll be pleased.

Prices seem pretty standard as far as massages go,but they do offer discounts for various reasons. Highly recommended!

Always a great experience every time I have visited Salus. All of the staff members are very helpful, caring, and courteous. The facility is kept clean and sets a calming mood. While handicap accessible, there are a couple of caveats for wheelchair use. 1. Park near the South end of the building to use the ramp. 2. If you use a large wheelchair the therapy rooms can be a little cramped. Make sure you let them know you use a wheelchair when you make your appointment so they can plan to use one of the larger rooms.

I visited on a Saturday and did one of the one-hour float pod sessions. It was my first float ever, and the attendant was great about explaining the experience. Before beginning a float, they ask you to shower using soap and shampoo only. There's a shower stall in the room w the pod. Next, you clean out water in your ears and place ear plugs, then use vaseline (they give you a sample size pack) to cover any cuts you might have so they don't sting from the salty water. You will shower again after to wash all the salt off your body and hair. Shampoo, Condish, and body wash are provided in a little dispenser on the shower wall. The experience was less intimidating than I anticipated. The water was warm, and I floated effortlessly. Chakra-like lighting in the tank and quiet music playing in the water. You can quickly turn it off either with large buttons on each side if youd prefer. The objective is to practice quieting your mind and relaxing your body. I found it to work beautifully for me in both regards. After I finished floating, I was treated to the hydromassage bed. That was also an excellent experience and came w my one-hour float session. I would highly recommend this place for your float experience. They were friendly, warm, and patient w my group of nutty friends.
