Jacqui is a phenomenal masseuse! It was my first experience with massage therapy, as my chiropractor is on maternity leave. I expressed my concerns with this, and Jacqui frequently ensured that I was comfortable throughout the session. The facilities were extremely clean and comforting, and did not harbor any uncomfortable experiences. I would recommend Jacqui at Elite Therapeutic Massage for any individual new to the massage therapy field of medicine - her hands are powerful and she is an attentive masseuse. She greeted me with a smile and introduced herself, which was very welcoming and eased my nerves.

I highly recommend Jacqui at Elite Therapeutic Massage in Moorhead! I have been to 2 other locations in the F/M area with other massage therapists. My experience with Jacqui was phenomenal! She is so kind, welcoming, and professional. She is very experienced and knew just what my body needed. Prior to my appointment, my entire body ached. My neck, back, and shoulders were so tight. My arms had been achy for several weeks and I had daily headaches...I'm assuming from tension in my neck or something. Needless to say, my body hurt. I was able to get a "last minute" appointment. Honestly, it has been 4 full days since my appointment and I have not had any aching in either arm, no headache, and my entire upper body feels more relaxed. I cannot wait for the opportunity to get another massage (I'll book with Jacqui)!

If you are in need of a fantastic massage go see Sheyenne Freitag!!!!! She made me feel instantly comfortable from the moment I walked in. Massages have always left me feeling unsatisfied until I started going to her. I typically get very anxious when it comes to discussing pressure changes, or pain, but I have never felt so comfortable until now. She is a very intentional therapist and wants to make sure you are relaxed at all times. She is amazing and SUPER nice. Seriously can’t recommend her enough!!! Today was my third time seeing her and I will be going regularly from now on.

It was amazing. A little hard to find the Fargo location. It’s like behind chunky cheeses. The beds were warm. The salon was beautiful. I was well taken care of. They were so professional. I hadn’t had a massage is years and I was asked if the pressure was okay, if the temp of the bed was okay, I had my choice of essential oils. It was amazing and I felt in control.

Highly recommend! I have had two appointments at the Moorhead location, and was very impressed. Kat and Sydney are both amazing therapists. Added note--I really recommend the Miracle Migraine treatment for fellow migraine sufferers. I was a little skeptical if anything would help, but thankfully I was able to get a same day appointment. It was only a 30 minute session--but I walked out migraine free! I will definitely be a repeat customer, not only for regular deep tissue massages, but also the migraine treatments.

I was in so much back/neck pain at work a coworker talked me into trying a massage. I was able to get a same day appointment with a time that worked around my work schedule. Scheduling was very easy online. Danielle did a fantastic job working on my problem areas, making me feel comfortable and making the 60 minutes feel amazing! She gave recommendations for stretches and identified problems areas I didn't even know I had. It was the perfect 60 minutes of kid free relaxation and I cannot wait for my next massage.

I received a first-time 60-minute massage with Ashley Johnson and if I’m honest, it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I am a nurse who carries all my stress in my shoulders and back. Ashley addressed all my concerns and questions prior to my massage which made me feel heard and valued. During my massage, she created an amazingly calm and relaxing environment and was thorough in ensuring my comfort from room temperature to massage pressure. My shoulders and back have never felt better! She even helped me choose my two free add-ons for my appointment that she thought would best fit my needs. Afterwards, Ashley walked me through the areas she felt were most tight/tense and ways I could help alleviate some of the tension at home prior to my next appointment. I understand they are students. I signed up to have a massage. When I arrived I was told there was a mixup. I would have to have someone else. That wasnt the end of the world, until it happened the second time. If they are not going to let you stay with the one you picked. Why let us choose. The second time I picked a different person. I wanted to try another one. The first seemed very light on her fingers. I asked her about this, and she said nothing she could do.

Have a back injury and went in for a massage. The front desk staff were super friendly and informed me I could pick 2 free add ons for being a new customer. I chose hot towels and cupping. My massage therapist was kind and knowledgeable about what would work best to help my injury. The cupping was a new experience for me and while painful initially, the release of tension was incredible. Very pleased with this experience and plan to go back!

I have had a massage membership for 7 years and yet my session with Elite showed me what I was truly missing out on. I experienced cupping therapy for the first time, which gave me great release. My therapist name was Mel and she was super great with walking me through the cupping experience and asking me questions about my personal preferences/ areas of need along the way. She also spoke highly of her team members and being apart of the Elite family which again gave me comfort in the choice I made in booking with Elite. I personally went with whoever was available so I was super nervous about who would be my therapist but I got a great pick, and I have even more comfort if I ever needed a last minute choice again. I love Elite! My favorite place in ND to get a massage. I drive 100 miles from Jamestown to go here. I've had numerous massages with different therapists and I've always had a good experience. The services are excellent and reasonably priced, and the facility is always clean and inviting. Today I was blown away by the customer service I received. The therapist I was scheduled to see wasn't able to come in due to illness. Rather than cancel or reschedule my appointment, the owner herself came in (despite bad weather) and gave me a fabulous massage. She went above and beyond today and I was so impressed. Highly recommend -- you will love this place!

My shoulder pain had disappeared by the time she was done with the massage. Audrey was very caring and informative. I had a pregnancy massage and didn't know what to expect as I normally get deep tissue massages and was in a lot of pain. Audrey was able to make most the pain go away. I have been to Angela twice now. The first for only 60 minutes and yesterday for 2 hours. Angela is incredible. I was referred to her from another massage therapist who wasn't able to break through my muscle tension and deep knots and thought I would need dry needling. Angela informed me she only uses the needles if she needs to, and to my amazement- she was able to break through without them! I fully expected to be sore today and took the day off from work. Much to my amazement, I had very little soreness and I cannot believe how different I feel!

My left shoulder blade kept going numb so I decided to book a massage to try to alleviate the problem. I was able to schedule online, and find an appointment time the next day. Inside, the waiting room and massage room were calmly lit and welcoming. Dakota was absolutely phenomenal, cheerful and non-threatening. I have had many massages in the past and she was the first one to actually target a muscle so expertly. She worked deep tissue and was knowledgeable on where muscles were and how they connected. I will definitely be back.

Not only did she make me feel so comfortable and help relax some of my super tense muscles, but the environment was clean, inviting, and so comfortable. And the bed was designed to accommodate a plus size body. Size inclusion is so rare (even though it makes sense for ALL bodies!), and that made feel extra welcome. 10/10!

And desk staff were eating their lunch or dinner (it was 3:00) at the desk when I checked out. Not only was this unprofessional it smelled.

The room was very elegant looking, the diffuser was letting off a very calming relaxing scent as the music played, enhancing the calmness and the serenity of the room. Mckenzie was very knowledgeable, she was patient and intentional with her movements and her pressure used during the massage. She was very in tune to my body's needs. Hands down best massage I have ever experienced. In my 90-minute massage I had two add-ins one hot stones and the second was cupping, these were great add-ins and definitely added benefit to the massage. This will be where I go from now on, McKenzie will be my requested therapist each time.

Kitana, at the Moorhead location, is very good at what she does. I asked for a relaxing massage but also indicated some tense areas on my back. She confirmed with me before we started and asked some follow-up questions. She started with the relaxing part and found all the points on my back that needed a bit more effort. All the pressure applied was perfect. Nothing ever hurt but the tension was released. As is generally the case at Elite, including this time as well, I'm disappointed when the session is complete. I got up feeling relaxed and recharged with no pain from the tougher massage on my back. I know I will be back to Elite and hopefully Kitana Is available when that comes around.

I have some chronic soft tissue issues after a hip surgery, and Chelsey was able to address them in a way that many other practitioners have not been able to. She knows what she's doing. Edited: Went back to Chelsey yesterday for a deep tissue massage after suffering some sciatic nerve issues relating to prior surgeries. Wow! She relieved much of my pain and I’m still feeling better today, a day later. Will definitely be back.

Deep tissue massage that provided exactly the "good pain" that I needed.

When I first went to see Karen I had pretty much given up on being able to go hiking again, or really even take a walk around the block. I have been dealing with some nerve pain, and have tried other massages, Chiropractic, PT and have had a difficult time working through the options. Traditionally when you go to a massage, you are asked where some pain is, the masseuse focuses on that area for a few min then massages the rest of your body. Jean with Elite was different, she spend the first 15 min asking questions, ensuring we tailored the massage to my needs, suggested we try a few things, then focused on the pain area the full 60 min. Most places I've gone in the past have felt like a quick "in and out" non-comprehensive experience where I didn't know if what they were doing was effective, or how my body was responding to their treatment. So until I met Chelsey, that was how I figured a 60 minute massage works - just a relaxing break from the day. I could tell within the first 5 minutes Chelsey would be different! We both shared in our admission that we're complete nerds. She not only gave me the best massage I've had EVER, but she EXPLAINED why certain parts of my body reacted to different techniques she used, and the status my body was in based on how she interpreted my responses. I got a massage with Audrey on the table while 37 weeks along and being able to lay on your face to get my back, shoulders and neck really worked on felt AMAZING! The table has a sling hole cut out for the belly the lay in and it was so comfortable I was ready to fall asleep on the table and just happy to be on my stomach and left some weight off.

Because of it being a couples massage and my fiancé stated it was the worst massage he ever received, I split the stars down the middle. Buying the gift card and booking through the website was clear and efficient. Leaving a relaxation massage feeling guilty is not what I expected.

I suppose I didn't realize you can't see the email address this review came from so wouldn't be able to match it up in your system. You have a very nice establishment and quite frankly I didn't realize I'd fat fingered 4 stars when I was scrolling through the maps app leaving reviews as it had prompted me when I was waiting on something else. Tee was so kind and made sure throughout that pressure was good and comfortable. The best thing I think she does well is what to expect and sort of a game plan before the session begins so that I was aware of what she was going to do and made me feel comfortable to tell her more pressure or less.
