First time visit yesterday, and Roy did an amazing job at working out the kinks in my lower back, glutes and hip area. He was great at helping me relax through the pain from the tender areas being worked. I felt like he is intuitive and very empathetic to my needs. I will be back!

Roy is super talented! I’m also licensed in massage therapy and he is by far the best massage I’ve ever received from another therapist in the Des Moines area. I felt so amazing after my massage and the bruise I had on my leg is almost completely disappeared after he used this electric therapy (can’t remember the actual name for it) technique on me. Had to reschedule for next week and will continue to do so. Can’t recommend him enough!

I would recommend Rebalance Massage Studio to anyone! This was hands down, the best massage I’ve ever had. Roy is extremely talented and I really enjoyed the massage. Roy was very intuitive and sensitive. This is the best my body’s felt in a long time, not to mention, I was able to sleep pain free. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I appreciate everything about Rebalance Massage Studio! The massage is always amazing. Roy really cares about making sure you are comfortable, focusing on your breathing, pressure is just right and you leave feeling way better then when you walked in. The option to add the lacrosse ball, or even cupping is nice. Prices and availability are fantastic. I have had a handful of massages with Roy now and will continue going for my health and happiness.

I found this place with Groupon. I was in desperate need to find a place to take my best friend for her birthday. Rebalance was flexible with our two crazy schedules. Roy at Rebalance was professional and respectful. The massage was amazing and very relaxing. I liked it so much I booked one for me and my husband that day. 1/31/18 My husband and I have visited Roy frequently. Roy continues to amaze me with his massage therapy skills. My husband is also pleased! How many guys do you know that are willing to go back to the same MALE massage therapist on a regular basis? Roy remains professional and continues to amaze me. His cupping technique is a new technique for me, but works great! Not only have I referred my husband to Roy, but also my friends and coworkers. I could not be more satisfied!

Since coming to see Roy at Rebalance, I've come to realize that massages are very beneficial for our overall well-being. I appreciate Roy's kindness and patience as he has helped me to relax more, at each appointment, and focus on my breathing. Something as simple as breathing has made a huge difference in my life. Hello, I love going to see Roy! He is very professional and always has the client's needs in mind. Plus, his massages are reasonably priced. I also appreciate that for an extra charge I can choose to add the Lacrosse balls n cupping treatments. They both add to the benefits I get from my his massages. I have given Roy's name to some friends and they too are now singing his praises, since being to see him. I have no qualms about recommending him to others. I got a groupon for this place for the first time for my boyfriend who works outside and does hard labor. Roy was super nice and helped with his back pains and neck pains. You have to do the hot lacrosse balls as he said it was the best feeling ever. Amazing price for the services you get! I would recommend him to everyone and cant wait to go back!

Roy is an exceptional massage therapist; I have had several replacement surgeries which have limited my activities. Since I have been seeing Roy, I am more mobile and pain free. Using multiple approaches and advanced techniques such as incorporating stretches and muscle activation when appropriate. You won't get another typical massage here. I have gone to numerous massage therapists over the years and Rebalance is at the very top - providing pain relief when others couldn't. I am so happy with the experience in every way. I appreciated that we discussed my medical history and struggles with pain first. All the information was used to target where I was having pain and it made me feel like I was really being taken care of for my specific needs. I felt very good after the therapeutic massage and had almost no pain. I came in wearing a back brace but walked out not needing it for the rest of the evening. I am a young woman and I was very nervous at first getting a massage from a man. But I felt very respected by Mr. Milligan. He conducted everything very professionally. I always felt appropriately draped and comfortable. I was able to relax and focus on healing. I have had very few massages in the past and it was because of the expense and not really noticing a tremendous difference in my health. But I noticed such a drastic pain relief and feeling of peace I am probably going to become a regular client now with Mr. Milligan. I really feel this is going to make a big difference in my health. I'm very grateful for his level of skill and ability to listen to what is needed for my specific needs in my body.

Just got a prenatal massage today; it was heaven! Past car accidents, a difficult first pregnancy, and a heavy second pregnancy. I feel no pain anywhere and got advice, plus a$45 rate for 6 months post pregnancy. Defintely recommend! Will be spreading the word.
