This is my all time favorite place to go for a massage! Been going here for years now. I've enjoyed relaxing, deep tissue and couples massages here. They charge such a fair price too!

Best-in-Class!! They are professional, trustworthy, fantastic at their iobs, and have multiple options for massages, especially deep tissue. They also have a new Energy Enhancement System coming that will provide yet another method of healing!!!!!!

The massage was exceptional and the pricing is pretty good too. Some of the other places in Des Moines charge a little too much for my liking but Blades keeps it pretty reasonable and the experience is likely going to be the same if you went to someone else, so save some money and head over to Blades. And no, this isn't an ad even though it comes off like one.

Amazing! Amazing!! Amazing!!! I’m on a little vacation from Cedar Rapids wanting a good massage. Been working in the kitchen for almost a year and my body is killing me. I got a massage yesterday afternoon… and boy did I feel like a noodle afterward. She massaged places, I didn’t know needed massaged. A little too much pressure on my hips to me, but other than that it felt amazing! Best massage I’ve ever had.

I honestly can't say enough about this wonderful place!! I have not been here for a while and decided to invest in myself and return due to some shoulder pain I had been battling, and once again Silla took exceptionally great care of me like she always does. When I walked in I just felt so welcome and relaxed. The staff here are just so friendly and welcoming!! I mean the real deal!! My deep tissue massage was sooooo soooo good. I will definitely be back!

After seeing Silla, I have been ruined such I cannot go to any other massage therapist. She is the best one I've gone to and will not go to another one. The setting is comfortable and she asks what you need work on. It's easy to see she has a passion for her work, and pours herself into making sure her clients get what they need.

Blades Massage is absolutely the best!! Silla and "Odgi" are wonderful! They listen and understand and really know what they are doing. Whether you want to just escape and relax...or have therapy or special needs...they handle it all very professionally, and with great expertise! I think Silla especially, gives the BEST deep tissue massage ANYWHERE! They also know when to keep quiet and let you absorb the atmosphere, spa music and aromatherapy, or if you need to chat ;-) Best in Des Moines!

I've been to this therapy for almost 4 yrs, i never call massage, always said therapy because everytime i had my back pain or shoulder pain i always go there to get therapy, always feeling better after done therapy. About 2 year ago i got carpal tunnel on my right hand, and after did some test at the doctor office and the doctor said i have to do surgery soon, then i made the schedule for surgery but i talked with ppl who had carpal tunnel and get surgery and they said, carpal tunnel could come back. So i talked about my issue with Silla ( the owner of this place ) and she said just give them a chance for do therapy with her every other day for 2 week (30 minutes) each time and see how it goes, and i was thinking why not, so i put delay on my surgery and work my carpal tunnel with her and guess what, its getting better, and after 2 weeks therapy with her ( the therapy sometimes could be really hurt though ) i did cancel my surgery and continue working with her from once a week to once every 2 week, and now i have no carpal tunnel anymore, thanks to her, im happy that i dont have to do surgery but this therapy you have to do it continue, it won't work just only couple time. I hope my expereinces will help others who having some problems. I am very happy with my therapy👍
