I cannot recommend this practice enough. In addition to the amazing body and gender inclusivity (THANK YOU!), I was awed by how closely Markie listened to me as I talked with her about my body--my surgeries and injuries, the pain I was living with, and my goals. She was both communicative but also allowed me to be quiet as she worked on my mess of a body. I have never fallen asleep during a massage, but I nearly did! GO HERE for the individualized treatment, the clear compassion for humanity, and importance of supporting local business. 10/10

Went for the first time today and am really impressed. I’ve been having bodywork done for over 25 years, in a number of different modalities and locations and this place stands out. I have a complicated orthopedic history and they were able to hear that and make a plan. They are professional, skilled, and body positive. Brava!

Hands down the best in Columbia!!! I've tried all those other chain places, you never get the same masseuse, they rope you in to those subscriptions...Bailey is AMAZING and she focuses on your problem areas with care and precision. I've been coming to her for a very long time, because nobody else can compare. Her prices are fair, she's always in a great mood and she really cares about taking care of you. The facility is extremely clean and welcoming. She'll turn the heating pad up or down, adjust the music volume, etc. Just an unforgettable experience and I'll continue to keep coming back every single month.

You’re wasting your time going anywhere else. Supine studio is the real deal! Bailey is phenomenal. I love her approach and she shared things with me that was overlooked by doctors. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her studio is clean and welcoming. She takes time to get to know you and I love how she customizes each appointment. This is the first time I’ve gotten answers to issues I’ve been having for years.

Bailey is an excellent massage therapist. She asks about how you feel, what may be bothering you and notices your stance and posture so she can make corrections. Bailey is one of the best masseuses in town and dare I say in the state. It's so refreshing to have someone take time to address one's personal muscular and skeletal issues, and explain what the causes are. She is detail oriented start to finish. The majority of your massage will be face up which is a blessing for anyone with sinus issues. She is well versed in different techniques and also offers cupping! She uses Epicuren products and the aromas are to die for. Try Supine studio out one time and you will be in heaven if just for one day!

I had my first massage with Bailey today and honestly it was the best one that I have had in a very long time. She took her time asking questions and explaining the different muscle groups that she was going to work on. My was able to work out my back well enough for me to get some range of motion that I didn't have before. I will definitely be back to see her again!

I had my first session with Bailey yesterday and it was amazing! She was able to determine what I needed just by looking at my posture which is exactly what I needed. I've been suffering from back pain and for over a year but I woke up this morning pain free even though I slept in (the pain intensifies if I sleep in). I can't tell you how amazing this felt. My pain had almost become a constant in the mornings and always lingered until lunch so to wake up without the pain was life changing. On top of knowing her stuff, she was very welcoming and has a beautiful space downtown. I couldn't be happier with my decision to begin treatment with her and look forward to my next appointment!

I've said it before, this is NOT a cookie cutter massage! Each session is individualized for your needs. Migraines? Stress? Back and neck pain? No problem! After each session, you'll receive useful tips, such as targeted stretches, to help improve your problem areas. Because of the Supine Studio, I have been able to go without any Rx pain meds, and rarely have to take an OTC pain med. I sleep better, and am able to handle work stress much better.
