I had a great experience at Hand & Stone. All of the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was clean and inviting, and the scheduling process was easy. I received a massage from Krystal (spell check) and she was professional and timely. I received a very relaxing 1hr Swedish massage. She ensured that I was comfortable and that the pressure was to my liking throughout the session. She stretched my legs and neck, both which I'm grateful for. My session didn't feel rushed and I received great service. I came in on the introductory rate of $69 for my session and will definitely be back, as I don't mind paying more for great service.

First time visiting this spa and I was very pleased with the friendly staff. The atmosphere is very calming and zen. Melinda took her time and made me feel very comfortable during my massage. I'm glad I went on a Monday. I'm so glad it was quiet, it was private and professional. The gentleman who did my massage was calm, and easy to be around. He made sure I was comfortable. I don't have many details about the massage because I went to sleep, he was that good and informative. I'm glad I did the 90 minutes. 60 would have been a tease! I will be back. Listen after his magical hands, you will need a nap..

Absolutely wonderful! Everyone was so nice and professional. I came In for a prenatal massage and facial and it was all so relaxing and I was Just astounded at the kindness everyone showed. It is also very clean and sanitary! Will be back!

I was a tad disappointed with my first visit at hand and stone. I was looking to make a switch from another popular massage chain. I had my first visit and received the one hour $60 massage. I felt slighted when the massage was over and it was a tad shy of 45 minutes. I know it’s only 15 minutes, but I feel you should not miss lead the customer. My Current provider has ALWAYS been the full 60 minutes even with my previous membership discounted pricing. The masseuse was nice and I did enjoy her. I just felt it was rushed and I simply felt a little babomzled. I do not think I will be making the switch unfortunately.

Belinda is a wonderful massage therapist and I highly recommend her, especially if you have chronic back pain. Can’t wait to schedule another appointment to come see her! The check in staff is also lovely and I’ve never had a bad experience at this location.

The place is really nice. My massage therapist was nice as well but she basically just rubbed my back like my two year old. I like medium to deep pressure and explained that at the beginning but she basically said her pressure isn’t deep. It was too late to change. I regret spending the money.

I love a good massage and I recently tried a facial which was awesome. However, there’s a lot of turnover here which makes it hard when you get used to someone who can really work the knots out. For the best deals, join their monthly club.

I wish the atmosphere would have been more spa like instead of everyone waiting for you at the front, but I guess that is all because of COVID. Anyways, I will return. Plus, the membership is an awesome deal!

The atmosphere is amazing and so relaxing! Jeanna is a master at her craft. I literally had problems standing up for long periods of time and after one session with her there was a tremendous amount of improvement with my back pain and ability to stand up.

EDIT: since posting this review the businesses has offered a replacement massage for my negative experience and did make it right. My subsequent experience was great! I appreciate a company who is willing to gaurantee satisfaction. My massage therapist was very sporadic and fast moving with her technique, nothing I've ever experienced before during a massage. It felt like she was in a hurry. Rather than paying attention to steady pressure and altering techniques, she only used her fingertips in very fast motions. It was the least relaxing massage I've ever had. During the scalp massage, she just used one finger on each side of my head and moved around in circles. The best way I can describe it, is just odd. She didn't move around my scalp or down to the base of my neck at all. Hire trained people and follow up with performance! This was awful.

The quality of the massage here is different, and the staff here is very friendly, but they talk a lot during the massage. Did not love the fact that every one does massage differently, it is hard to find someone that you love when they all have different massage routines. Also, they have an app that is a great system in theory, but working with it is a hassle because it locks you out, doesn't save your previous services (so that you know who has done your work in the past), and tech support is rarely available.

I was lucky to get Dori for my massage and she understood that I wasn't there for relaxation--I needed help with some hip pain I was experiencing. She took the time to do a thorough assessment and gave me the help I needed. I will only see her, because so many massage therapists don't believe me when I say I can take more pressure. She is a rare find! The front office staff is another thing--sometimes they know exactly how to help and sometimes it takes a while. The waiting area is too close to the reception area and not a very relaxing place--but that's not really my biggest consideration.

I have been 4 times so far, and each time has been excellent. Ursala is an amazing therapist, and I can't wait for my next massage! I would highly recommend Hand and Stone, and I believe it's a great value.

This was my first massage not done by my mom (who's been a massage therapist my whole life), so I felt nervous to be massaged by a stranger who wasn't familiar with my previous injuries, etc. On top of that I'm 20 weeks pregnant and was having horrible sciatic nerve and hip pain so I was there on a particular mission to help relieve the pain I had. My therapist was Wendy and she did a superb job! I told her what was going on and she nailed it! I can walk again without shooting pain from my heel to back and felt so relaxed. I would highly recommend her and this establishment!

I treated myself here for my birthday and I must say I didn't make no mistake with that. I was late for my appt due to GPS error but they still managed to work us in and gave a little extra time. Did a couple's massage for our anniversary. Kristen G. and Kat we're fantastic! Kristen could find the tension and massage it out, Kat was able to keep consistent pressure for a great deep tissue massage. The waiting room leaves something to be desired - but after that massage I couldn't care less!

Even knowing the areas I wanted to work on, it was still more of a "relaxation" massage. I don't think the monthly membership would be worth it for me. Nice and relaxing but I didn't feel it was really worth the $$$.

Therapist needs to focus more on your problem areas, especially if it was indicated on your paperwork and advised it to your therapist. Instead of advising longer times and more massages focus more on problem areas. My therapist didn't spend anytime on my problem areas.

Went for pain and relaxation as a first timer. After my massage and cold stone facial was done my pain and headache was gone and I remained relaxed for at least 4 days

Blown away isn’t even the word. I had a lot of apprehension as it was my first time, and everyone was very welcoming and educating from start to finish. Reception is amazing, and Terrell / TJ was equally amazing. He made me feel safe, secure, grounded, all the great things. He taught me the importance of breathing to truly enhance the experience of the massage, which was so important. Words can’t describe how great my experience was, and I CANNOT wait to go back. This absolutely has to be a frequent visit, as it was everything I didn’t know I needed today.
