Paulina is incredible. I have been getting deep tissue work done for 2 decades and she is by far one of the best practitioners I have ever seen. She even does cupping by request which is a huge benefit if you have chronic back issues like myself. Her office is so cute and convenient in center city, and she has online booking! 10/10 would recommend.

Paulina is an amazing therapist! I had a deep tissue massage and I will definitely be returning. Paulina is extremely knowledgeable and really knows what she is doing. I have a lot of tightness in my shoulders and neck but she was able to work her magic and relieve the tension. I always feel great after a session.

Paulina is fantastic! I got a deep tissue massage but she really listened and focused on specific areas I had issues with rather than giving me a generic full body massage. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing and the room was kept warm which felt great during the cold weather. I really appreciate how clean everything was and how attentive she is in taking covid precautions; disposable face masks, hand sanitizers, spray, etc. was provided before entering. I’ll never go to a different massage therapist again.

Paulina has been a godsend doing at-home massages for me. I have MS and before covid lockdown, I was used to regular massages to help with my muscle soreness. Paulina was recommended to me by a friend and I only wish I would have discovered her sooner. She’s very professional and arrives masked. And her deep-tissue massages are so intense and effective. All I have to say is WOW!!!! My massage therapist, Paulina, was one of the best I've ever had. As someone who sits at the computer for more than 40 hours a week, lifts weights 5 times a week, and hikes regularly, my body constantly needs attention. She took incredible care in "listening" to what my body was telling her and addressed more than a handful of the issues I was experiencing that other have not been able to address. She applied massage techniques I've never experienced before (I get massages regularly) that really helped loosen some tight areas that I did not even know were tight. If you have the opportunity to work with Muscle Melt or Paulina, TAKE IT!

Paulina is incredible. From the second she touched me I knew that she knows exactly what she’s doing. Last week I lay down on the table and within moments she found the exact spot that had been giving me headaches- I had NO idea that’s where it had been radiating from and I hadn’t even told Paulina I had headaches the last two weeks. I found Paulina and Muscle Melt though a friends Instagram page and honestly couldn’t be more thankful. Not only does Paulina have a personable attitude that makes you feel comfortable, more importantly she’s kind. Paulina was great! I recently had an (incomplete) spinal cord injury, and have been dealing with a lot of muscle spasms and tightness on my left side. I chose Paulina because she has experience with injury related therapy, and has worked in PT clinics. Paulina worked to relieve the adhesions that had built up in my muscle tissue, and it greatly helped some of my symptoms. I’ve had far fewer spasms, and they are much less intense. I’m not in Philly full time, but when I come back through I plan on seeing Paulina again!

Dont go anywhere else but muscle melt! Cant thank enough Paulina for healing my back pain! As a busy hairdresser my arms and upper back would hurt from repetitive movement. I also have raised shoulders which I DIDNT EVEN KNOW I HAD IT. She relaxed all those muscles and brought them down to normal again! My shoulders and neck would hurt from all the knots and tension.
