Elements has a great atmosphere and really great staff. They truly mean it when they say they strive to provide personalized service to fit your specific needs and concerns, and to make sure you are paired with just the right therapist. I know firsthand that they take that very seriously. My first experience was less than what I had hoped for, but when I said something about it, they were extremely prompt in responding back to me and in seeking to correct my concerns. I would say customer service is amazing at Elements! I just had my second visit and I was so pleased with everything about it. The therapist, Jerald was very responsive to my unique problems and he provided a fantastic massage.

I was nervous to get a massage due to recent events, but was happy to see the facility was taking it very seriously. Masks were worn the whole time by myself and the therapist. Pens were sorted by clean and dirty, and there was lots of hand sanitizer and they were doing temperature checks for all incoming people.The massage itself was fantastic and really helped me. I left feeling so much better physically and emotionally. I had needed to get some work done for a while but didn't feel safe going anywhere. I'd recommend them for anyone. Thanks you guys!

Jenna was amazing. She listened to me, then she applied excellent technique to my stiff sore muscles. The atmosphere was quiet and calming. The room was dimly lit and a soft new age music played in the background. Jenna was thorough and made thoughtful suggestions for me to reduce my muscle tension. I can't give any details as to the quality of the massages, but to hopefully save someone some time: their website is incorrect; they do NOT take walk-ins. And appointments (as I write this in early June) are apparently booked through July. So just FYI as you're exploring your options.

This Studio is the best hands down! There are so many therapist to choose from so the variety is great to find the right fit! Alyssa and Holly are excellent therapist they provide a great experience for me every time and I always walk out feeling 100%! I had a 90 minute massage with Gretchen a few days ago and she was terrific. Just the right amount of pressure, and she kept making sure it wasn’t too much. She used massage techniques I’d never seen before that worked really well to relieve tension in my back and legs. At the end she gave me a few stretches to do at home to keep my hamstrings and hips loose.

Elements was near the house so I tried it after going to another place and not feeling comfortable. Elements has been my favorite experience! This is a great place to get a massage as it is peaceful and pleasant. It is more expensive than some places, but they have specials which help. The staff is always pleasant and the location is great since we live in Bown Crossing. I like the fact that you can choose from different massage therapists.

My masseuse, Kelsey, asked me my goals for the massage, checked in a couple times during it to make sure everything was feeling good, and made sure she addressed my issues. At the conclusion, she also gave me tips for a couple of stretches I could do to loosen up a couple of tight spots. She very very knowledgable and communicative.

I'm a cancer survivor and I have been pretty busted up from several motorcycle mishaps. I can say that I leave Elements feeling almost normal. And that is really good for me. Very nice place and courteous people. I purchased a 60 minute massage but only received 41 minutes. Not sure if this was an over sight by the masseuse. In any case, a few days later I received a feedback email which I filled out and submitted. The owner ended up emailing me and went above and beyond to get this corrected. 5 stars for awesome customer service!

Chrys was beyond exceptional! I have had extreme pain and tension in my lower back from power lifting, but after a deep tissue massage with Chrys the pain was virtually gone!
