My boss took us to get an hour long massage for an end of the year gift. I had not had a massage at another facility. When you go in, there are some local boutique goods and you wait in a comfortable lounge with ambient lighting where you can have complementary herbal tea, coffee or water. Keshia was my massage therapist and she was very bubbly and warm. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt like we would be great friends. My coworker felt the same about her massage therapist too. I really enjoyed the experience and can’t wait for my mom to come visit so I can take her for her first massage. They have many options to choose from as far as techniques and applications. I feel like they’re very respectful to your comfort level. You can choose from a wide variety of services. Lamar is also fantastic! The massage makes you feel so much lighter and relieved.

I requested a deep tissue massage from Ms. Shan and oh my goodness she is amazing she hit every spot that was needed and she always checked to see if she I was ok or if it was too much. Shan was my massage therapist. Oh my goodness my body left my bones. She was professional and started on and finished on time. I can now move my neck, no pains in my legs/feet. The Neuromuscular Therapy 60 min $105, is worth the price. The spa is cleaned , COVID-19 safety taken. I will be back on a regular basis. Life Touch is the place I recommend.

The pandemic hit, so when trying to schedule with whom I was use to I couldn’t, but was in NEED of a massage. I booked with someone else, and was very much hesitant because I didn’t know how he would do. I will say he was Amazing!!! If you want a massage from someone that is Very professional, a place that is clean, and people that care about your comfort, this is definitely the place for you!!! My massage was worth every dime I paid for it and more….

I felt welcome and well taken care of at Life Touch! Everyone was very friendly, and I appreciated how I was treated. There was no awkwardness or sensation that my business wasn't wanted - the staff were so personable and accommodating! I also really liked the pre-massage foot bath. I saw Keshia for a 90-minute massage, and it was fantastic. She has a very calming and caring presence, and she did an amazing job of making me feel like she was there for me during my session time. 10.29.22 Revisit. Shan's hands are a gift. 8.13.22 Revisit. Nothing to change. This time I had a two hour massage. The problem with that is....I'll never want a one hour massage again. 4.15.22 Revisit. Still same words. Consistency is the key. My previous review was truth. If anything has changed, it's they've gotten better. This place is awesome. We did a girl's night here and they were very professional. I was greeted by a more than friendly receptionist then escorted to a quiet room and offered a beverage. When it was time for my service, Ms. Paisley sat me down to a nice little foot soak and then the party started. My 90 minute deep tissue massage hurt so good. She's small but she packs on some serious pressure. At the end I was released back to the receptionist that was very much present and letting me know what package deals they offer and welcoming me back. It was after 6! I have found that some receptionist half do their job and by 4:30 they packing up and rushing you out (i.e. doctor's office, salons). However, to be very present after 6 pm with a smile was so not expected. We usually do spa day at Ross Bridge but we decided to give this place a try and stay at a hotel downtown. We did not regret it. The spa treatment took it over the top.

Life Touch Massage is by far one of the more healing, sensual and professional massages I have ever had. The space is curated to engage your senses and comfort: the ambiance is warm and relaxing, the staff speak in calm and low tones, and the lounge is dark and plush. You are put in a mood of ease from the moment you walk in the door. I received the hot stone massage and Mr. Storey did a phenomenal job creating a rapport that fostered comfort while being massaged. He asked questions to get at the heart of what was causing me discomfort. He was very professional and very attentive, which helped the massage really target the areas of discomfort I came in with; I left with a lot of my pain and discomfort gone. The massage itself was amazing and there are no real words to describe it. What I will say is that I felt really open and emotional for the remainder of the day; it was a very emotional experience and I would encourage stretching, yoga and journaling after the fact to really take advantage of the massage. Overall, I give this massage a 10/10 and I will be scheduling appts each time I come home to see my family.

The foot bath at the beginning of the massage starts the relaxation process within your body. The massage was absolutely amazing! The only issue I had was the music. I couldn’t “relax” because the music that was playing wasn’t zen/relaxation music. It was R&B/HipHop music. I’d recommend the place to someone if they’re simply focused on getting the knots/kinks out. However, I wouldn’t recommend it to someone whose focus is on relaxation (unless they change their music).

I went for the stretch release factor. It far exceeded my expectations. I've researched assisted stretching and knew it is something that I need. I only had 1 other experience with this type of service from a national chain. This was BY FAR the best experience. I feel the therapist was knowledgeable. I did not feel as though he was following a scripted total body routine he barely understood as I did at the other location. Instead, I was asked about areas of interest and that was the focus of the visit. I plan to make this part of my monthly self care regimen. I'm sure everyone is great at this location, but be sure to ask for Philip.

Lemar is one of the best massage therapist I have had. He is professional and reasonably priced. Lemar has worked at a high end spa (that is how I was introduced to him and he became my favorite at this location) therefore he is use to providing his clients with the best possible experience and providing a high level customer service . He Ensures that when you leave your appointment, you are refreshed. His location is not like a traditional spa where you receive robes and have access to varies cosmetic services, but you still have a great experience. His office is just as tranquil as a traditional spa.
