My boyfriend and I got a couples massage together with Elaina and David. Neither of us have ever had a professional massage before and we weren’t sure what to expect. We were very happy with the experience! Elaina had a great sense of how much pressure to apply for me, and David did a wonderful job working out the knots for my boyfriend. We will definitely be treating ourselves here again in the future!

I am so frustrated with spending money on massage therapists who do not know how to massage! I explained exactly what I wanted done and maybe 50% of it got done! I told her 3 times I needed more pressure to no avail! The areas I really needed worked over were barely touched! I basically feel like I didn't even get a massage. Don't advertise that you do deep pressure if you can't do it! Wasted money and time again! I drove for 1 1/2 hours to go to that massage....... UPDATE.... Since my review Serenity Massage has reached out and we have been able to resolve the issue. I am happy with the professionalism that they exhibited towards my review and the way that they handled everything. I will continue to go to Serenity Massage Therapy to see my regular massage therapist! Elaina!

Just moved here from FLA and had my first massage at Serenity and it did not disappoint. I usually opt for a female therapist, but the only available therapist was David and he was just what the doctor ordered. I’ve been getting headaches a lot lately from shoulder and neck tension. He focused on the areas I told him that were bothering me. At the end I felt like I went 10 rounds in the ring, but it loosened my shoulder/neck and I’m feeling relaxed for the first time in a while. I’ve had enough massages to know when someone does a good job. David did a GREAT job and I’ll be back!

I was visiting family in billings for the weekend and was really sore and stiff from the traveling. Out of several calls to other massage places I found that serenity worked me in their schedule before I left. Very welcoming atmosphere and Christina did a great job relieving lots of back, shoulder and arm pain/discomfort. Pricing was very reasonable and will be returning to them if I visit again. I have shopped around for the right massage therapist and I have finally found her. Usually after a visit for a deep tissue massage my stiff muscles are back to the same mess within hours, but after seeing Megan I have been able to go days without the knots which are generally a daily persistence. I also have constant headaches and with each visit I have had relief with that. That is life changing. Thank you Megan, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

If your looking for a deep tissue massage give them a call. The office is clean, the front desk is friendly and the online scheduling makes it easy to book around my busy schedule.

Five star massage all the way in a professional business. This isn't a spa but once you are in the treatment room, you won't even notice AND if you want a top notch massage (not just somebody rubbing your back) this is a great place! Any of therapists will do a really nice job but Amy is our favorite.
