My 90-minute deep-tissue massage with Jennie Herb was exactly what i wanted and needed. i felt completely comfortable and her pressure and pace were perfect. The space was really peaceful and calming. I highly recommend.

My massage with Stephanie was wonderful. I'm not sure if it was the state of relaxation, or the scent of the plant oils she used... But at the end, I felt a relaxation reminiscent of childhood. Like the adult stress was gone and I was just tucked in. Idk if that sounds weird but the point is, I've gotten plenty traditional massages before, and this was somehow different. If I find myself back in Maryland, I'll be going back.

Jennie Herb.. I cannot say enough about this woman/therapist. As cheesy as this sounds, she’s brought me back to life! I came in for relief from a labral tear in my hip back in January, and have been seeing her every week since. Combined with her therapy and PT, i’ve avoided having surgery. She is the BEST of the best in this area (and of most other places). She goes beyond the normal massage, and is incredibly focused on your specific areas of pain. Love her!

LOVE METTA! I've tried nearly all of their services - acupuncture, massage, talk therapy - every person there is fantastic, intuitive, and genuinely works to heal all of their clients. The space is calming and colorful with a unique flavor of Baltimore style; highlighting local artists, makers, and holistic community events.

This place is an incredibly important part of my self-care routine. I have chronic neck issues and some residual problems with wrists and ankles from some snowboarding/car accident injuries and Metta really helps me stay functioning.
