Very much a excellent experience every time I have been here. The place is very neat and clean. Excellent staff members that great you with excitement that you came. Always felt 10 times better after receiving the massage. Relaxing and private rooms with dim lighting and music that makes you feel calm. They offer glasses of wine or water as well, which not often a service you get at some massage businesses. Will recommend to all and will be back again and again!

Went here for a couples massage today! It was an amazing experience with such a calm atmosphere! I was a little skeptical because of the mixed reviews but me and my boyfriend really enjoyed it! And they had wine readily available for you. I’ll be coming back!!

Absolutely heavenly!! No exaggeration! Greeted by the owner & beautiful women! All very accommodating & pleasant... bought a groupon for my boyfriend & we arrived 15min late, but still received 1 hour full massage with wine & delicious snacks. This place is warm, cozy & serene. Even the music was calming. I don’t understand where any negative reviews came from because this place is definitely a hidden gem! Will be returning. Big tip well worth it! Thanks!!!!

Such a cute and beautiful surprise!! We found this gem on Groupon and we will definitely be back! The massage was so relaxing! Only reason I would give it 4 starts instead of 5 is because I wish Ginger would have applied a little bit more pressure! But she was still really great! The staff was so friendly, they're open late night on weeknights, AND they even had snacks, tea, and wine YES WINE for free in the waiting room! Loved everything about it! ❤

Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. My husband and I had couple's massage for our anniversary and were very happy with the services we received. (Britney has magic hands!) The facility is clean and relaxing. The only two small qualms I had are:1) the young lady who took us to the meeting area was cold and unwelcoming (I'm not talking about the woman at reception- she has a calm sophistication), and 2) we waited for over 20 mins to receive our service(seeing that we are busy parents on a much needed staycation, time was of the essence). The massages we got totally made up for those 2 small things. We will be returning!

Boyfriend took me here for my birthday! Staff is great. We loved our massage. The only thing we would’ve done different is requested a male masseuse for my boyfriend since he is 6’3 and felt like he needed someone with more strength. Either way great value!!!

I’ve been to this location before and the therapist were NOTHING like they are now. I brought me and 5 of my friends along and we enjoyed the experience as always. Upon arrival their was a male that was my therapist and I told him I’d rather a female therapist and Tiara did an awesome job!! I fell asleep during my massgae. She was gentle , yet stern. If she’s not available I will not visit this location ! You guys are great

This was my first time having a professional massage and my experience was phenomenal. The entire staff was pleasant, and so welcoming. The design and environment of the facility was absolutely gorgeous, there were complimentary drinks and wine. And the experience of the massage itself was so joyful. I highly recommend this place!

Nice ambiance and actually a pretty great massage. My only complaint is that we paid for a "60 minute massage". By the time we were taken into a room, got ready and staff came into the room is 11:15am. But... they completed their massage at 12:00pm on the dot. So... wasn't really a 60 minute massage. Since it was via a Groupon that we had purchased... didn't say anything. But you would think they would be putting their best foot forward for potential new clients... and if that is the norm... won't be back. 60 minutes.... should be 60 minutes of massage time.

I purchased a couple's massage for my boyfriend and I, and we had no idea what to expect. What we did experience was actually pretty cool and unique. Even though we were stuck in traffic and arrived fifteen minutes late, they were very kind to us and made us feel very comfortable. The atmosphere of the place is wonderful with low lighting, incense, and candles. Before the massage, we filled out forms that asked us about trouble spots and enjoyed hot tea and wine in the waiting room. Contradictory to other reviews, they allotted plenty of time for us to enjoy our refreshments. We even brought ours in with us to the room. As for the massage, my masseuse, Santana, was really great at focusing on tension spots and making the massage suited to me. She showed the differences between deep tissue and Swedish massages and worked on my back, neck, shoulders, arms, and legs. My boyfriend's masseuse was Karyian, and he really liked her as well. It really helped us to relax and feel at ease. Though the massage is actually around 45 minutes, they do hit every spot and the whole experience is around an hour and ten minutes. Considering we used a Groupon, I believe we received a really great deal since massages can be super expensive. I am definitely hoping to go back!

I took my boyfriend here for a couples massage for his birthday and we were very pleased! Wonderful relaxing scent when you walk in, beautiful set up and kind employees. The owner was very nice and understanding when we were running late. And it's a black owned business so that's a definite bonus! I'll definitely be back!

As others have mentioned, I'm very happy to have supported a black owned business. I had a couples massage Groupon and we just came from our checking out of our hotel so we still had our luggage. They put our luggage in our room for us and we did have some wine in the relaxation room, I just felt rushed out of there. We were in there for maybe 7 minutes, didn't get a chance to get any pretzels before they told us it's time for the massage. The actual massage was good to us. Very relaxing and the atmosphere was nice. They're very down to earth people and we even shared a few laughs during the massage. They were whispering to each other during it, however. Even pausing for a few seconds to make motions with their hands to each other. After the massage, we had tea and left. No major complaints, they just need to allow more time for the guests to enjoy the experience and the staff needs to save the convos for another time.

Very professional and nice staff. Went today with my wife who is pregnant and they were very knowing on what they can and cannot do to her. Arrived 5 minutes early, and taken right on time. Was packed, but not overwhelming by any means. Owner was very nice and inviting. Not to forget to mention they had tea, wine and pretzels in the waiting room. Would definitely go back!

I loved the environment. It was my first spa experience and I would definetely return. I don't usually review anything but I feel like this place is worthy of it. I didn't give it 5 stars only because the massage therapist was a little too rough starting out but other than that, it was a great experience. I love the serene feeling you get when you enter; moreover, my rating is more of a 4.5.

Good massage for a good price. Found a couples massage for $80 on Groupon but then when we got there the posted price sheet said the same price and they still tried to tell me I was getting a discounted rate. Besides the inconsistency with pricing the experience was overall good, good atmosphere though a bit odd with the lighting, surprised to get wine, the masseuse where good but not great (felt like they were new). Overall good, probably would look for somewhere else to go.

Healing hands is amazing. The whole staff is professional and courteous. I lost a piece of jewelry there and the owner called me and assured me that he had it and would keep it until I could return to get it. The massage was amazing, one of the best I've ever had and I highly recommend this spa to everyone.

Given the several promotions and discounts available, this venue is definitely worth it. My husband and I have been twice, and both times we were welcomed to a professional and soothing experience. The "relaxation room", with a selection of wines, is added touch that really sets Healing Hands apart. Is this the best massage place in Atlanta? Probably not, but its a worthwhile experience for the price.

Decided to do something for me. Went on Groupon and found Healing Hands. It was a great price, serene, and quaint. Beverages, a quiet room. All relaxing. Donna, my masseuse was fantastic! Oh and they have couple massages! Try them in Dunwoody. The price is great. I will be back.

This review is several months late. We went to Atlanta for my boyfriend's birthday. As a surprise, I schedule a couple massage. We lived a few hours away and even with leaving at an appropriate time, we ran into bumper-to bumper traffic. I called with the intentions of cancelling because we would have been very late and had other stuff planned that day. A manager (maybe the owner) scheduled us in for the following day which didn't have any openings. We were VERY appreciative of that. Atmosphere: very calm and relaxing. The waiting area has complimentary wine, tea and breadsticks. The masseuse: very professional

Nice relaxation area but no one made me feel welcome or anything. The massage therapist was ok. She asked about stress areas and didn't really address them. She asked about pressure but that was the extent of her concern. Spas should make you feel special and forget about your stress. Didn't feel that warm and fuzzy from them.

(they didn't ask) The people were really nice and the place was set-up nice. If you want deep tissue massage I wouldn't recommend here. Sorry...

The people were nice and accommodating but we bought a couples massage from Groupon for 60minutes and my massage was fine, only about 45 minutes and somewhat erratic and my fiancee's was not great, she did not apply pressure so she pretty much was lotioned lightly for 45 minutes...I will not be back.

This is my go to spot for massage therapy. They do a really good job. I sip some wine to relax my mind they in for my massage. My wife and do the couples massage. W go for valentine's specials and they send emails with past customer specials. I ran Publix marathon then the next day I had a great massage with one of their therapist.
