I had a fantastic experience at Synaesthetic Bodywork. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable about the musculoskeletal system and its relationships with nerves throughout the body. The space was serene and the treatment thorough. There isn't signage out front that I saw on the building, so pay close attention to the directions in the reminder email you will get before the appointment.

Greatly enjoyed my 90 min massage here. Ambience is nice when you walk in, soft lights and gen mood make you immediately relaxed. Lauren is friendly and makes you feel at ease. Ive tried many massage locations in abq and the unique thing about this is the vibroacoustic table combined with Laurens feel for tension and energy really do raise your vibration. Plus this is the only therapist ive seen make good use and integrate a massage gun. I left with good vibes and was very relaxed.

Having had all kinds of body work for over 40 years, I have learned to recognize when a practitioner’s hands understand and enjoy the work they’re doing. Lauren’s do. She has the intuitive skill to read your body easily, and the excellent training and sensitivity to persuade it to relax without causing discomfort. I have come to prefer a massage that doesn't actually hurt, but the trade-off sometimes was that not much got done. Lauren gives a deep, therapeutic massage that is entirely enjoyable. She’s one of the best.
