The staff could not have been any nicer nor more competent. They were able to take care of my multiple issues as the professionals they are. And it was all accomplished with a smile. I wasn’t aware of a veterans discount but, since I mentioned I was a veteran they made sure that the discount was applied. It was actually a joy to be there. And I was attracted to the company because of the excellently written radio ad I heard last week on a Philadelphia station.

Needed a replacement ignition key and remote transmitter fob for my Acura SUV, since my better half had lost her set. Visited McCausland based on friends' very positive recommendations, and I had the pleasure of working with Charlotte and Denise. While I had already purchased a replacement key and fob, Charlotte politely informed me that she had two sets of my key and fob in stock in their shop. This was impressive, as three Acura dealerships could not secure one until next month. Charlotte then proceeded to begin cutting the key blank based on my personal working key, and subsequently, went out to my SUV to program 1) the key to the immobilizer unit, and 2) the remote transmitter fob to the vehicle for door lock and tailgate operation. She moved through the steps as if she has performed these tasks many hundreds of times. Upon checking out, the charge for her services was extremely competitive, and massively lower than what the dealerships charge. As I fully expected, the newly-cut key turned easily in the ignition switch and the fob operated perfectly. I am certain their high quality extends to all of their provided services, and consequently, if anyone is in need of competent and reasonably-priced auto/residential/commercial locksmith service, you will be glad you contacted McCausland.

The two girls there were super friendly and very helpful BUT I have one key that opens the doors, be the trunk, and starts the car I only have one key hole for the door locks now I have three keys one for the ignition bcuz my key has a chip in it one for the trunk which works n one for the door that will not work at all none of the keys will work on the door, so now I have to bring the car there I just wanted one key like I had before it's been a hassle. And a little pricey. Very disappointed for the hype some people made about this place.

Had the batteries changed in my key fobs. Great service in and out in 10 minutes. Much cheaper than the dealer and other locksmiths. 2 other locksmiths wanted $20 per key. The dealer wanted $25 per key. McCausland's only charged me $10 per key. Great price!!!!

I stopped in this morning and the ladies were working hard. I told them what I needed but with them being as busy as they were didn't expect to walk out with what I needed. Not only did I walk out with everything but they did it quickly and correctly. Great service and quick service. I highly recommend using them over trying your luck at Depot or Lowes.

I broke the key off in the door lock of my car that key opened the door the trunk and started my car one key, yes it has a chip in it and I was not aware of that. When I called to see if they could make me the same key they said yes we can make any key but that wasn't the case. They made me a key for the ignition but I have to play with the key in the ignition to get it right so that it will turn to turn the car over and I have to do that every time I'll try to start the car I have another key that will open the trunk that I have another key that's supposed to lock the door when I lock my door it also sets the alarm in the car I don't have a keypad the keys will not lock my door I cannot get the door to lock the key for the door the key for the trunk do not have a chip in it they will not start the car the key for the ignition that has the chip in it will not lock my door I paid $60 for one keg and it's still not right so I was happy that I could at least start the car but disappointed that they couldn't make me one key like I had and disappointed because now I have to jiggle the key in the ignition and play around with it until it turns disappointing and the fact that I can't lock my car at all so I only give them three stars maybe two and a half.

I had these guys make a few KeyPort key blades for me about a year ago and they work perfectly. I was surprised to learn that they no longer make keys on keys other than the ones they provide. i wanted to get a replacement car key made but they refused to do it because I wanted it done on a key that i purchased online. It's the equivalent of me purchasing tires at a factory and having a local auto shop refuse to put them on because they didn't sell them to me.
