I locked my keys in my dang car outside of a business right after work tonight. I called The Monkey Locksmith and they said they'd be there in 15 minutes. I was so relieved someone was coming to help me. They were there in 12 minutes during rush hour traffic!! They quickly got me back in my car in less than a minute! Thank you, guys!!

Bought a tahoe from dealership but only hot 1 key and key fob. Bought extra set on Amazon unfortunately needed a locksmith to cut key and program the key and fob. They showed up within 30 minutes and did the job less than 30 minutes. All in all I'm very pleased with service. Alot cheaper than buying a new set from dealership.

I decided against giving them my business because of the price and not sure they would be able to reprogram my remotes or make a key. There was a little bit of a communication barrier too and because of that I will be going downtown to the pros who were also cheaper and more reliable.

Someone pushed in the lock to one of our file cabinets in the back of our office, we don’t have a key for it. I called another local locksmith and they were supposed to call me back, never got a response. Monkey Locksmith came out in about an hour, fixed the problem in about 15 mins. I will say, I need to learn how to be a locksmith, $130 for a 15 min job, I’m in the wrong profession. Muhamad was very nice and efficient. I put a little tape on the lock so this doesn’t happen again.

We have never used a locksmith before but if I ever need a locksmith again I would definitely go to him he was very Friendly and very kind Professional and knowledgeable and he didn't over price me either and with Punctuality if he said to you he'll meet you at a certain time he definitely keeps his word. And also my hubby and I ordered a new remote that unlocks our car door a few months ago we couldn't get it to work but yet this guy installed it for us and we are so satisfied with his work. We have kept his number and would use him again!! If they had 10 stars on here I would give him 10 stars********* for a review!

Bought a new home, so we used our home warranty to have our locks replaced/re-keyed. These guys showed up and they were very cordial, polite and professional. He went over in detail what he was doing, why it needed to be done, and how he did it. He even took the time to flip over locks previously installed upside down to their correct position. Showed great attitude and professionalism in the current events going on in our country. Highly recommended.

I was locked out of my apartment when I forgot my key and management wouldn't answer. I was charged what I was quoted. He said he would be here in 10 minutes... he was here in 8 minutes. Took him all but 3 minutes to get my door unlocked and I can't remember the last time I was so satisfied with a service. 10/5 stars. I recommend this guy. Solid. Solid. Solid.

I made a mistake and lost my key, not a proud moment for the books, however, my hero Arrived the same day to rescue me, Mahhamed (I hope I am spelling it right) was extremely friendly, fast, and a quality worker. He got here when it started raining and it didn't seem to bother him, he still had a smile on his face! A wonderful expirence, I paid for the customer service as much as the locksmithing! I received amazing information when inquiring about the prices, a $40 fee (normal and expected) and roughly $120 for the work and key, this was very helpful and was stress relieving to know how much I would he charged! If you ever need any locksmith help, this is 100% no doubt the place to go!

He was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and I’ve kept his number...he is our lock smith from now on. He changed out all of our locks in our house and both garage doors. They were very old door knobs and locks so they were a challenge , but that didn’t stop him from getting the job done with quality! While he worked he communicates with you also very interesting stories about his travels and his sweet monkey! You won’t be disappointed!

This owner/tech Muhamad is The Real Deal. I locked myself out of my car. When I called he said he would be at my location in 10minutes. He was there in 9 mins. Professional, Competent. Had my car unlocked in 2minutes and went above and beyond to follow me to get his payment. Extremely fair price on to of all that. Don't waste your time or money calling anyone else.

I had a key made by a different lock Smith and my car started once and hasn't started since. The original lock Smith wouldn't come check his work but i called monkey and their service tech was amazing. For a very low pricehe cameand checked the program on the key and then went the extra effort to actually check writhing he could possibly think of that would be keeping the carfrom starting. Unfortunately my car still has been sitting but this customer service was absolutely amazing
