Patrick was on time, extremely professional and a true expert. I was truly amazed at his knowledge. We live in a house built in 1938 and have the original lock system. My husbands key broke off in the lock. Patrick was able to remove the lock & pull the key out. The dead bolt also was not working properly so he removed the complete assembly finding a screw which had fallen inside. He also pointed out the aging door knob stem that need replacement and fixed it as well. Patrick was done in under 1 hour and his pricing was excellent. I highly recommend him and his company. I called Heartland at 8:59a.m. and was meeting them at my husband's truck within 30 minutes!!! At 9:33a.m. the truck was unlocked!!! I was told on the phone prior to meeting that I would need to prove it was my vehicle via 1 type of form be it the vehicle registration, title or insurance. That made me feel confident in the security of knowing they wont just unlock a vehicle for anyone except the owner!!! Customer service was exceptional!!!!
