When I called up first I was told it would be over an hour or 2 before anyone might be able to get to me which I advised I would have to find another solution. They called back 5 minutes later and said someone could be with be me within 40 minutes, I was completely out of options so this was a big help. What I really appreciate about him is his patience (very good at explaining things, and will repeat until you understand) and he's pretty honest with me as a potential customer and try and help over the phone so I don't have to pay for him to visit (which MANY people wouldn't do!) I had some issue's installing a Yale Smart lock and I'm sure it was something simple that I missed (always is!) It was a great experience working with them. Because I was already on my way to the airport and had a flight to catch, I needed a super urgent locksmith service. In fact, I realized that I did not have the key to lock the house door once I had already left. I searched in all the probable places where it may have been left, but it was nowhere to be found.
