I initially called Speedy Locksmith for help to pick open my apartment door lock. They were not able to pick the type this specific type of lock but the technician (David) offered to replace it to which I declined. I was frustrated but felt bad for David having come out so I paid the service fee as he was very friendly and polite. The next morning, Speedy Locksmith contacts me and refunds the fee in good faith. Despite not being able to get my door unlocked, I was highly impressed by the company's dedication to customer service, as made evident by all of the stellar reviews. Would definitely reach out to these folks again if I'm stuck in the future.

The only thing that I didn’t agree is ...they say is 24 hours service , but nobody answer my call right away!! When I most need it at 4:30am... they show up at 7am!!!!!
