I was needing new key FOB’s for my 2016 Chevy Cruze LT, had contacted the dealership they wanted $80 just order the “switch-blade” FOB and then it was $120 for the programming. $200 for just (1) and I was able to get (2) made for $250. When Victor arrived he was in a Mercedes Van and was equipped to handle any type of keys that might be needed or replaced!! I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone, family ,friend or acquaintance! They were prompt and the service was stellar! About 40 mins he was here and transaction was complete. He will most certainly get my return business!

They were so nice! He gave me a really reasonable arrival window (2 hours) for the day that we agreed on and even sent me a text giving me an ETA earlier in the day - which was really helpful. He got to my house exactly at the time he estimated and was really friendly. The copying and programming of my key took barely any time at all, and the price was one of the best I found (especially considering that they came out to my house). Really great service and I definitely would recommend him.

Was 150% cheaper than the dealer and 50% cheaper than the competition, yet the service was premium. He came out in a very nice van and was able to get my Volkswagen keys cut that I got from a third-party working and programmed! Had I known how good this guy was I would have just bought direct. I would highly recommend, especially if you have hard to cut/program keys and the dealership is nuts on the price!

Working with this guy was super great. The keys to my truck (2011 GMC Sierra 2500) had been stolen along with the truck, truck was returned without the keys. I had no spares. I called these guys at a little past 3:30 and they said they could be here around 7. He arrived around 6:40. It's been a little over half an hour and I have a key to my vehicle and a replacement remote for it for a VERY reasonable price (less than $200). This guy's the real deal. Punctual, quality work, and honest. Highly recommended.

The service I received was excellent. I called around to many places after my key broke in my ignition. Many of the places were either charging too much, couldn’t cut the key correctly, or telling me that if I couldn’t get my car to start with my broken key then I would have to go to the dealership. I called to Smart Pick Locksmith and the guy came to my job and cut my key in fifteen minutes. He also gave me clear and concise directions on how to program my new key. The price was more than fair and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Took a little while to get an appointment due first to the Christmas/New Year holidays and then the snowstorm but it was worth the wait. The dealer wouldn’t even cut a key nor would other locksmiths. They all said I needed to have the car manufacturer cut a key. What a pain that would be let alone the cost and time! Victor was able to come to my house at the end of his day and even though the Volvo key was very difficult to match he was successful. Very professional. I would highly recommend them. Lost my 2nd Auto-start Key Fob for my 2012 Toyota Highlander and I bought a refurbished one on Ebay. Smart pick was able to program it and cut a new valet key for basically half of what the dealer wanted. He met we at the parking garage at my office within a half hour and did great work! Very timely and professional. I highly recommend them if you need anyone and they were upfront and honest about the cost and delivered exactly what they promised!

Overall great experience. My appointment was at 10. I got a text of a delay, no problem. Upon arrival, the tech explained he was doing a lock change for an eviction, which explains the delay given such a precarious situation.
