My friends and I accidentally locked ourselves out of a condo and MD Lock Doc saved the freaking day!!! Mitch was the most kind and sweet man. Just seeing his face and talking to him made us all feel relaxed and like everything was going to be okay. I even hugged him i was so happy he was able to get us in after the previous lock smith company didn’t have any luck with the door. Fair pricing even for “emergency” hours!! Highly highly recommended.

Needed a quick lock repair on an exterior door of our house, Mitch came out and fixed the lock lightening fast! Very impressive! I've used Mitch to re-key our entire house in the past and found him to be very professional, personable, and responsible. They were amazing, gave us an upfront price unlike the other companies. Mitch came out and got us in the house within minutes. His amazing bubbly personality is absolutely contagious and he made light of a really stressful situation, he even made us new keys, and we just are so thankful he came so quickly especially with us being locked out with our 3 year old. Amazing service! Had a vending machine that needed opening because the key was lost long ago. Gave MD Lock Doc a call, and Mitch stopped by to check things out. He had all the right tools and all the professional knowledge so within minutes we had it open and repaired for future operation. The two gentleman that came out from this company came out to re-key my house locks and remove a deadbolt. They were both professional, had great personalities, and treated my special needs child with respect. The service was swift as well. Dave came out to our home to repair a side garage door lock in the door handle. We thought a key had broken off in the lock. However, Dave discovered that not to be the case. The tumblers in the lock were frozen. Dave tried unsuccessfully to clear the obstacle and concluded that we needed a new door handle. However, a second dead bolt lock was on the door and operational. We decided not to replace the door handle at this time because the dead bolt lock satisfied our purpose. Dave was gracious and professional enough not charge us for his services. I have included him in my service list and will recommend his company to anyone needing locksmith services.

I needed my mailbox lock replaced because I never got keys for it from the post office, condo assoc, or previous owner. They came the same day and within a couple of hours.
