My husband took our car key here to be fixed. The employee here mistakenly broke the key making it worse then when he brought it in (unable to be driven). After 2 hours of waiting and worrying we would need a tow truck they were able to fix the key and provide a spare.

Had set of "laser cut" keys made here. Price was reasonable especially when compared to dealerships. I supplied the blank 2010 Honda Accord but they did have them available. $30 each. Made it while I waited worked perfect.

We have used Key West Lock and Safe before and truly appreciate their honesty and pro fessionalism. We had late day issue with deadbolt broke on back door so we could not get back door open. Jason came out within the hour fixed us right up. We really appreciate you coming out so quickly so we did not have to leash the dogs up and take them around the house to get into the backyard,saved us a lot time going into the weekend!

Professional and skilled shop, my new number one for anything lock and key. I had a key break off in a pad lock, I have the keys alike. I dropped it off at another locksmith who has it for two weeks and they recommended that I just get new locks. I asked if they could make me a key of the one without the broken key, they said they couldn’t. I decided to try another place. The guys at Key West Lock & Safe had my lock fixed in fifteen minutes and barely charged me for it.

I brought my auto keys to their shop at Holland twice now. One for my motorcycle and one for my car. Both work great! Quick and easy process. I highly recommend it to anyone. Also, they're a local shop. I tried those vending machines that duplicate keys for you and just got frustrated. Try this shop maybe you'll like them.

Makes an old car feel new again. I bought a couple of used cars with keys that were copies of copies so they did not work very well. Mark cut my keys to factory code and restored the functionality to them. Great work.

Fast service and outstanding prices! They made me car keys for 1/4th the price quoted me from my local hardware store! When I lost the keys to my car they made a key in 15 minutes using the door cylinder!

I tried having duplicate file cabinet key's made at at Lowes and Home Depot with no success, keys made by them would not work in the file cabinet locks. I stop by Keywest Lock & Safe and got duplicate keys made which work right with no problems. Highly recommend their service if you want duplicate keys done right and not waste your money.

Came in this morning to get a set of keys for my new work truck. The truck was so new the new key blanks aren't out yet but they are attempting to get them for me. They did make me a valet key that fit the truck the first time. It was a nice little keystore with a wide variety of keys and antique locks go check it out

This is the only place that seems to be able to make keys that work at our business. None of the hardware stores, etc., make keys that work for us. The staff were more than nice and friendly. Not sure where these negative reviews are coming from.

My boyfriend's truck is about 10 years old and his bike about five. We couldn't find keys for them anywhere online or in the hardware stores. The bike was even harder because so few people carry motorcycle keys. He visited Keywest this afternoon and they took care of both of his keys at once. I wish they worked weekends or one late night for those of us who work 8-5 but otherwise we will somehow manage to make it back.
