Needed to get some car keys duplicated and talked with William at Coastal Lock & Key about getting this done. His communication was awesome and although he does mobile services, I decided to meet him at his home to get these keys cut. He was an absolute professional and I would have to say that there are still some really good people in this world and he is one of them. He went over the top on the customer service and he was much much lower in cost than the competition. This company has earned a customer for life. I will promote his business to anyone who needs locksmith services. What a great guy, great craftsmanship and just makes you feel good when you leave, that there are still people out there that do it the right way and don't make you mortgage the house to receive this kind of service. BDB...aka Billy DA Bomb!!! This friendly, courteous, prompt, word was his bond kinda business man made me a very happy customer. He has my repeat business shoukd I need...definitely!! I needed a 2nd replacement key fob made, programmed and detachable key cut for my 2015 Kia Optima. We chatted on the phone, Billy took my info down said he had to order that fob part...and he was on it all the way. He stayed in contact with me the whole process. If I texted him he texted me back (with answers I wanted to hear!!) Never felt he was strunging me along with untruths. Once part arrived, we met at my apt complex, right there in the parking lot he programmed my key fob, even calling another contact for a code to make sure all was correct and in working order. Billy then cut the actual key right from his work truck all the time engaging and sharing friendly conversations with me. From start to finish (only bc of waiting for the part to come in) Billy completed my request in about 4 days Another great thing is his price was reasonable and I loved that. My key is working fine. He even texted me later to check that all was well and to call him if any issues. I can't recommend him enough. Billy and his business did not disappoint 👏🏿 🙌 👌🏾. You need keys, lock outs, etc...hey Billy is da man to call😉

I called about getting a broken car key replaced. I was able to be seen that same day in the location of my convenience. Billy was very friendly and was able to make 2 replacements in under 20 minutes. He checked to make sure everything worked before charging me. Overall it was a fantastic experience. Wonderful service! Quick appointment scheduling. Billy will ensure that you get what you need and that everything is in full working order before he leaves. We needed multiple keypad locks installed in a building and the locks had multiple things to navigate. Billy was patient and kind and made sure every single one was installed and working properly! I was able to get a same-day appointment (on a holiday nonetheless). Billy called ahead to let me know he was on the way and get an idea of the problem I was having. He worked hard to un-jam my door lock but ended up having to replace the hardware. He was very upfront about the additional costs and got authorization from me ahead of time. Once installed, he took the time to fix an issue with the deadbolt plate alignment, which had been caused by the company that installed my door. He was friendly, courteous, and very fair in his pricing. Highly recommended!

Billy (William) called me to confirm the appointment and told me more about his company. He arrived on time and was efficient. He wore a face mask due to the COVID-19 pandemic and so did I. While I never got any actual service from CLaK (Due to a situation that arose on my end) Hence why I cannot give this 5 stars. I wanted to tell anyone reading this review, all communication with Billy was open and he made sure I was taken care of on the social business end. Even though I had to cancel the appointment (Again due to a situation on my end). There was no bitterness and Billy totally understood. I would absolutely recommend this company just because of the level of professionalism involved. He even made sure to stay safe with this whole Covid-19. He explained he wore a mask and gloves and makes sure to disinfect everything he worked/works on. NOTE: Just in the off chance people get the idea I was paid to do this review, I was not. This is my own unhindered/unbiased experience.
