Vancouver Locksmith had someone out in Camas within 30 min and Cody was amazing. He was so patient and professional in the bad weather dealing with my situation. He was helpful in explaining what he needed to do to get me back on the road and had a smile on his face the whole time we talked. Alex exceeded my expectations of what a locksmith can be. I called three other locksmiths and they all told me that it would take 3-5 business days to order a new key. Alex gave me a window of time that he could show up same day and showed up right on time, I don’t know what I would have done without him! Like I said, he showed up when all others failed and was incredibly professional. He programmed my key in under a minute, talk about speedy! Thank you Alex.

Bob was awesome when I accidentally locked my only key inside my car! He came out super quick, and even unlocked it twice when the car’s safety system engaged and re-locked the key inside. I had him make me a spare key so this wouldn’t happen again, and he also gave me a third door-opener-only key which was a nice surprise! Hopefully I won’t need his services in the future now that I have 3 working keys, but if I do I’ll definitely give him a call. Fast, responsive, and reasonably priced!

I called this company based on the reviews I read and their location. When I called the employee that answered my call she told me I'd receive a call back in approximately 10 minutes. Alex called me almost right away and told me he would be here between 5:00-7:00. Alex was here at 5:30. Also, I asked him to call me 15 minutes prior to coming and he did call me in that time frame. He was very polite, kind and respectful. He had to rekey my apartment door lock and he was done in less than 5 minutes! I will use this company anytime I have a need for a locksmith. I HIGHLY recommend them! UPDATE: I've had to have my locks changed TWICE since this review and they're still the best. Alex is the sweetest young man and very helpful. I wanted him to come asap and he came an hour earlier than he said he could make it. He's fast. I love the dispatch woman. She's funny without trying, I think, lol. They have all been kind and they seem to truly care! Love them. I won't go anywhere else! Thanks, guys. Alex...if I were 30 years younger...! 😜

Mike was a huge help and had great communication, thank you! I woke up to find my car had been broken into and I was not able to turn the key in the ignition. Usually it'd be an easy fix, but my car requires that the key is in the accessory position to release the ignition cylinder and I just couldn't get the key to turn at all. Before getting it towed into a mechanic to get it drilled out, I figured I'd try a locksmith. Mike came out to me and was able to get the cylinder out in no time at all! He saved me a bunch of hassle and I really appreciate it! Thank you, Mike!

The masters at making keys they came to my spot after calling. The person on the phone was nice introduced the company name and had a vast knowledge of locks. I was thinking this is my kind of locksmith company smart and quick. The guy called me in the time they said he would and when they gave me the eta to make my key and he was much faster then that. My Acura loves the key he made me and works like butter compared to my old one. If you ever are in need of a great locksmith who is local smart friendly and above all nice go to these guys.

The Hollywood cheese plotlines that make up my life... Car keys down the toilet... Flushed... Old car. Pins used to old key. Even after the struggle I presented them, these guys were able to get a replacement key for my nissan 2006 in about 3 hrs... Less if not for an important meeting locksmith had to attend. The dude that made the key, Kris his name was. Is wickid kool and professional as well. He didn't laugh at my situation or comical presence and wasnt condecending or made me feel bad.
