I had a amazing experience with this company and with the locksmith Mike. A mechanic screwed up my car and I needed it fixed as my key would not turn in the ignition. The technician was timely, communicated with me every step of the way, educated me on proper ignition and key care and overall went above and beyond. Mike was incredibly prompt and responsive from first contact to finishing cutting my car keys. He drove his van out to me during my work day and was able to cut and program two replacement key fobs for $100 cheaper than the dealership was willing to quote for a single replacement. Never had to call a lock smith for my car so didn’t know what to expect, so here’s my experience. This business comes to you appointment only. Customer representative asks you some basic questions and says the lock smith will contact you later. The gentleman came to my location, told me probable causes while getting shape of the key, even threw in a little humor. Considering my work van is old with original parts he got the key done within 30 minutes. All in all, pretty smooth experience and will definitely use services again. 2 thumbs up.

Mike came to my apartment, very professional, gave me an approximate time, called when on his way and called again as he was arriving close by. I needed a brand new car key fob reprogrammed and the spare key recut. This only took a short period of time and both were operating like the one that came with the car. Very pleased with his work. My only regret was that had I known I would have bought the key from him as well. I paid around the same that he charged but had to go through ordering it online and hoping I selected the right one. Having it as a one stop shop on wheels is nice, definitely will use him again.

Change of heart! I had locks changed at my new home using Philadelphia Locksmith. I was initially frustrated with an on site up sell, but The owner of the company got personally involved and corrected the mistake very next day! Technician that came out was very professional and courteous and very very fast. The owner made it clear that the customer satisfaction was his #1 priority and was a pleasure to work with. Really amazing. Quoted half what the dealer quoted and were able to make two smart keys for a Jaguar that was locked with no keys. They came to me which allowed me to avoid having to call a towing service, came late at night at 9 p.m. and did everything in about an hour. What a fantastic company! A few days ago, I unfortunately found myself locked out of my house with my nine month old son. I called Phila-Locksmith for their emergency house lock-out services, and I can honestly say that they went above and beyond my expectations. From the moment I reached out to them they treated me with nothing but kindness, respect, and urgency. I called the office and they promptly and nicely took down my information, provided me with pricing, and ensured that I was in good hands as a technician would be calling me shortly after we got off the phone. Just as they said, a technician, Mike, was in touch with me merely minutes after I spoke with one of their dispatchers. Mike told me he would be there to help me in twenty minutes, but he arrived even quicker than that. When he got to my home I explained to him that since I lost my keys, not only did I need to be let back in my home, but I also wanted my locks changed just to be safe. He was completely understanding and worked quickly and efficiently so that way I could get my son inside where it was nice and cool. After ensuring we were inside he got right to work installing my new locks. He was done all his work in the blink of an eye and he walked me through everything he was doing to explain pricing. It's not easy to find genuine businessmen nowadays, but Mike was extremely nice and honest and even explained the price of the service to me before he started working and negotiated with me as well to better accommodate my budget. He even gave me as many copies of keys that I needed to ensure I wouldn't get stuck in this situation again! Thank you so much Mike and Phila-Locksmith! I will definitely keep you guys in mind for any help I need in the future and my friends will surely be hearing about you guys!

Thanks to Phila-Locksmith for fishing a part of a key out from my apartment's front door. (My key broke in the lock.) The technician was as prompt as he could be, near 2 in the morning, and he did a good job on a tricky problem. My one issue was that I was quoted a price over the phone that was $50 less than what I was charged. I was fine with paying the final price, as it was within the range of what was listed on the website for the problem I had. It's just that I then had to make a second trip to the nearest ATM, 20 min. to walk there and back again, at 2 in the morning. If I had known the final price ahead of time, I would have only done the walk once. Anyway, thank you for getting that key part out.

Called them because I was locked out of my apartment and my bedroom. Specifically stated on the phone with the guy t was 2-3 doors. He said it was $80-125 depending on difficulty. Guy came 45 minutes later used wd-40 a key and gave it a tap with a hammer and was fixed in seconds. Then he said he’d give me two spares for free but neither of them work in any of the doors. Ends up charging me $150 and when I told him the guy told me $125 max he said I had to pay for two doors and that was the price of just one. So I call the guy back and state that it was more money that he said and he gets mad at me and says I never told him it was several doors when I did and I have a witness. Two other places I’ve used in the past have only cost $80-100 for two doors. So expensive!!! There’s no way some spray and a light tap should cost the maximum price for a lockout. Should have been on the lower end.

I lost my car keys at a party on Saturday night. I tried to call the dealer to get a replacement but they were closed since it was Sunday. I needed to get to work on Monday to attend a big meeting. I searched a local locksmith in my area. When I called Phila-Locksmith, they were surprisingly open. I was so relieved. They even had a technician to me in 30 minutes. When the tech got here he explained the process and the pricing before doing any of the work. He made the key in about 30 minutes. I will definitely call this company if I am ever stuck again.

I woke up this morning to go to work to find that i'd misplaced my only set of car keys. After a panicked search of my house & around my car I Googled Nissan replacement keys & Phila-Locksmith was the first name on the list. I called & in10 minutes Mike the tech called. Wow! The level of professional and courteous service that Mike has shown me is outstanding! When I was stranded at Six Flags with my children after having lost my car keys, he came out in a reasonable amount of time, made keys for my 2001 Nissan Maxima, and got my family on the road home. Days later when I experienced trouble with the key likely due to my after market alarm system, Mike traveled all the way from Phila to my home in Edison, walked me through the process ensuring that I was comfortable with his expertise and even added a service that eventually solved the problem at no additional charge. Helped us when our electronic lock failed due to a mechanical malfunction. He found a way to get into the house without breaking any locks and he had to jump a fence plus think creatively to do so. He knew exactly how each lock works and saved us a ton of money that any other lock smith would have charged us because he worked really hard to try every option except breaking the deadbolt.

I had a good experience with phila-lock Smiths. They arrived about 20 minutes after I called on a Wednesday night. I was helped by Shota, a very knowledgeable guy who got the broken key from my ignition, cut me a new key and programmed it to my car. He is actually a skilled and knowledgeable guy who had an understanding of the car, the keys, generally about how to make it work. Previous key didn't turn cleanly, he took the codes from the cylinder and cut me the correct key. Now car starts without wiggling it back and forth. Thanks!
