If you want to call around for the best price, look no further. I just moved to Tampa on an extremely tight budget with 3 small children and locked the keys inside of the budget truck rental overnight. Recently had the opportunity to meet Robert [Bob] in Hillsborough county. A very down to earth man who was very patient and helpful in resolving a problem wih a matching set of hardware for two doors was having trouble completing the install of the last deadbolt at my mom's home in Odessa, FL. I was on the verge of sending the hardware back to the manufacturer as defective. Bob patiently worked with me over the phone, which was great. In the end though, he still made a site visit to Citrus Park to help me secure my aged mom and disabled sister. It took him about four minutes. Proving how important know how and experience are. The job was more than just business. I'm sure Bob was truly concerned about the safety of my family. He's good people. Won't hesitate to call on him for future home or business security repairs or installs.

Bob was great -- he is a funny, honest man. I hired him to re-key the locks to my new home, but when he saw the existing locks he was completely honest and recommended that we just go and buy new hardware at Home Depot. He even stayed to make sure we knew how to install them correctly. I had a townhouse mailbox that needed to be rekeyed because my tenant did not return the mailbox key to me. I did not realize that the markers on several of the mailboxes had been removed making it impossible to tell from looking at them which addresses they belonged to. I also couldn't remember which box it was because my tenant had been living there for about two years, and it had been some time since I last checked the mail. Bob took it upon himself to call the homeowner's association and figure out the right box. I was very impressed that he was so proactive in getting the job done.
