Chris responded to my call very quickly, he was in my house the following morning (I wasn't locked out of my house so it wasn't an absolute emergency, but he still was there within less than 24 hours of my call). He did the job very neatly, and in less than 30 min. He is very nice and polite. I definitely recommend him.

Mike IS a Premier Locksmith!! ! We called after hours, on a Friday evening…when Mike answered, we told him our issue of locking ourselves out of our house and he told us he’d be here in about 25 minutes! Locksmith Premier are amazing! We just moved and needed our locks changed. I called to make an appointment and they were ready to come same day but let me schedule an appointment that worked for me. They walked me through my options and pricing on the phone as well. The day of the appointment show up on time and They were in and out in about 30 minutes! They even gave an extra key free of charge as we are new homeowners. When they were done they wiped our doors down free of fingerprints. Pricing is very reasonable.
