My experience was great. After getting ripped off by Lock Experts, I called Pop a Lock. The lady gave me a quote and said I would be contacted shortly after. The technician that provided me service was Mike. He called me letting me know he was about 40 minutes away and then checked in with me twice to let me know he was still on time. He got me into my car within minutes and charged me the quoted price. This was an excellent experience compared to Lock Experts who didn't give me a quote, showed up late, and charged me a service fee without even providing a service after they quoted me $180 just to get back into my car. Mike provided a 5+ service and I would highly recommend!

Great service! Needed someone to help me get back into my house after my key broke in the lock, and they were outstanding! Responded quickly, scheduled a time that worked for me, and service was professional and friendly. Nate was able to extract the broken key and even made a new one on the spot. Called at 1:30 had New Set of keys made and programmed by 3:00 pm Nate called me and we set up the time he came all the way to Chesterfield Valley where I work. He was nice and easy to talk to. I bought a used car with only one Key. I had no spears. So i purchased 2 keys online for $13 and total cost to cut and program was about $140. Sounds like a lot, but if I lost my only Key I would have been paying a lot through the dealer. He even attempted to set my new KEY FOBS but they where the wrong ones and could not be programmed. Hey he was honest enough to tell me this and not charge me for trying. So for the peace of mind and knowing have 2 spare keys and he was done in less than 45 min and I did not have to drive all over town? Well worth it. Thanks Nathan!

Very thankful for the great service from Pop-A-Lock. After accidentally locking ourselves out of our apartment on a Sunday, we called Pop-A-Lock, who said they would be there in 30 minutes. They showed up exactly 30 minutes later. The representative was professional and explained everything to us up front about pricing. He was very patient and and thorough, even when his first attempts didn't work. After 30 minutes of him showing up, he had the door open, with no damages to the lock. I am super happy with the service I received! I managed to break my car key and needed a new one made for winter. The dealership said it was going to take six weeks to get a new one and Pop A Lock was able to get it done onsite! I had to schedule my appointment out a few days so they could get the parts/equipment they needed since I have one of the chipped keys, but a few days compared to six weeks is nothing! Michael, who scheduled my appointment, and Corey, who came out to make the key, were both super friendly and great about helping me! I will definitely keep Pop A Lock in mind next time I need help!

Very professional company! I used this company to change all the door locks on my home. The service was easy to schedule, the technician was out to the house within a day, and the technician was very nice! I've never used a locksmith before but I used Pop-A-Lock today and they were great. The guy came within about 30 minutes. It took him no more than a minute to get my car unlocked and I was on my way. They quoted me an amount over the phone and that was the amount I was billed, no surprises. It cost me $55, which is a bit more than I was hoping to pay, but I'm ok with it considering everything else was great.

My key fob broke and I was stranded at my house. There was a technician at my house the next morning and it was ready in less than an hour. Also very polite and affordable. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone in a pinch or just trying to avoid the dealership.

Pop-A-Lock helped out out in a pinch. We needed a replacement car key and Ford said they couldn't get a key. Pop-A-Lock found and ordered new keys and came onsite to program them. Called at 703 pm to get an unlock. Told the call center the location, vehicle, my contact information, and was given a price with a 40 minute wait. Asked if she needed any info and she hung up. Waited 40 min...no locksmith and no contact from the company. Called back to find out the 1st agent neglected to put in my request and it would be 40 more minutes and still the same charge. The second agent entered my call and a technician called within 15 min to let me know he was on his way. The 3 stars are all for my technician, Jesse he was great. He opened the lock quick and was amazing to work with. While waiting for him I spoke with jazz the manager who was a waste of time. She offered me no explanation and said she couldn't give me any discount.

Pop A Lock was quick, efficient, polite and decently priced. I lost my only Jeep key and initially called the dealer for a replacement. They required me to tow the vehicle to their location and were going to charge $250 for a new key. I looked around the web for another option and found Pop A Lock. After browsing through multiple positive reviews, I decided to give them a call. Not only did they charge $100 LESS than what the dealership quoted me, but they came to my location 20 minutes after I called! The technicians were polite and I had my new key within 15 minutes. My kids and I were locked out of our car late on a Friday evening. We tried calling several locksmiths to come let us in. Pop-a-lock was the first one that answered . They said they would be about 50 minutes so we went across the street to Taco Bell, before we got our food he called and said he was about five minutes away. he was pulling up to our car before we got back across the street. And got us into our car within a couple of minutes. The technician was very nice and polite and knowledgeable.

Worth more than 5 stars. Nathan was great! He came out to fix a mess that another locksmith could not. I installed a lock that jammed on the door to the garage. I needed to be somewhere shortly. I called two companies I found on Google (Locksmith Service Bridgeton and Pop-A-Lock). The first locksmith called to get my address and directions. I asked for his name and the name of the company that sent him. He gave me the name “Nate” but could not tell me the name of the company. He said he was contracted but did not know who hired him. I called Pop-A-Lock and asked who they sent for service. I was told Nathan. I called “Nate” back and gave him directions. He came and had trouble unlocking my door. He said he was going to charge me more, about 50% more since it was too hard and was going to take him longer. He was very disrespectful and argumentative when I questioned why he would charge more. I told him he could leave if he could not fix the door and I would call someone who could. He became even more disrespectful. He finally unlocked the door and charged me the original quote. He did not know how to work the credits card system he had. He did not offer a receipt and said my credit card bill was my receipt. I immediately asked him to leave. Afterwards, Nathan from Pop-A-Lock called to tell me he was on his way. I updated him on the situation and told him I thought I had dealt with Nate from Pop-A-Lock, already. Nathan gave his credentials and offered to come out and take care the problem without charge. Instead I asked him to come out and change the locks since my door jam was fixed. Nathan came and changed the locks on 3 doors, reviewed the new locks I had bought, explained the locks that I had bought were defective and the cause of the door jam. He was very respectful. I paid less than it cost to fix one jammed lock. He gave me a receipt. Pop-A-Lock is a company with integrity. I will use them again if necessary. Nathan was quick, courteous and professional.

Great locksmiths, they showed up on time to fix the lock and extract the broken key out of the door and did so within 30 mins thank god because it was time to go home and couldn't lock the business up for closing. The service tech that showed up to help was very knowledgable and knew what he was doing. They also communicated with our main office for payment over the phone. All I had to do was sign the invoice receipt and they emailed the receipt off to the main office and I didn't have to do anything at all. I highly recommend this company they truly make a frustrating process quick and easy. Thanks a lot pop a lock you really deserve this five star review. I have used other companies like locksmith experts and have been scammed by them to replace locks that I later found out didn't need to be replaced they just wanted to make the money of the sale and installation which was crazy over priced compared to my current locksmiths^^ Thanks again.

I drove down from Chicago for the Super Bowl Weekend. I not only locked myself out of my 2007 Yukon, but I lost my FOB. I am familiar with the Pop-A-Lock name from using the company in Chicago. I was happy to learn that the company has a St. Louis location also. The service was what I expected from Pop-A-Lock: on time for appointment, tech was wearing a company uniform and driving a company van, and the job went smooth concerning the key and remote programming for my SUV. I have to say this company is by far the best I have ever used and the only company I will use for any locksmith services. I would rather wait an extended amount of time then to use another company. These locksmiths always show up in uniform in a very nice stickered vehicle and they are always doing anything they can to please me. I have only had one thing go wrong out of all the times I have used them with a lock that wasn't even conpletley there fault it was a old lock and they insisted on replacing it free of charge. Fabulous is all I can say! On one of the coldest nights of the year I stepped out of the house, locked the front door and the key broke off in the lock leaving me no way to get back in because my back storm door was also locked and I don't carry a key for that as I never go in that way. Pop-A-Lock had a very nice LIVE person who answered the phone, took my information then notified the on-call locksmith who returned my call within 10-15 minutes at most. We spoke and he was there within the hour. Corey got the back storm door opened, I then used the spare house key to get in and Cory proceeded to quickly take care of the broken key in the front lock. In addition he educated me on the dangers of shady locksmiths, alerted me to their techniques and how to avoid them and was kind and courteous on top of it all. He charged me exactly what I was quoted on the phone and in no way tried to pile on additional charges as will sometimes happen with no so legit locksmiths. For those of you who don't know it, one does not have to be licensed as a locksmith in the state of Missouri in order to be a locksmith so check the company as carefully as possible before having them come to your house.

Wow, "describe your experience" it says, well I don't think anyone would have the time to read! Robert with Pop-A-Lock went ABOVE and BEYOND to to get our car unlocked! We were in downtown St.Louis on our way back home to Kansas when I locked the keys in the car IN MY PURSE. After trying everything he possibly could to unlock the car with the locks without success- he then was so inventive and resourceful. After working diligently for over a HOUR he ended up undoing my purse and dumping out its contents, and getting my keys ... ALL WITH A TOOL and maybe an inch of space! I don't know what we would have done without someone willing to go the extra mile!! We called so many other companies and I am SO THANKFUL we chose Pop-A-Lock and they sent Robert!!!

In 1996, I had a1989 Mercury Grand Marquis, just got married, had a new baby and we had took a trip from St. Louis, Mo. to New Orleans, La. My new wife had possession of my atm card and we were trying to find a atm machine to get some cash. I drove to this spot way down in what seemed like "no mans land". I got out the car, went inside and left the car running because it was hot outside. My new wife panicked, got out the car with the baby and locked the doors. The atm machine took my card because the wrong pin number had been entered too many times( she didn't tell me she forgot the pin number ) and I when I tried to get in the car, the doors were locked. I did not know what to do so I went and sat on the curb with my head in my hands. Somebody called Pop/a/loc, they came to my location, unlocked my car door and just charged me $20. In my time of distress, they saved me and I was Thankful and they were a new business with only 2 locations.

My three year old locked himself in a bathroom today and somehow the lock and knob both jammed. We tried to get him out ourselves but quickly realized we needed help. I am so glad I found Pop A Lock!! Corey came out right away. He was so sweet to my son and was professional and honest. He talked to my son through the door the whole time and got him out quickly. I have programmed them into my phone and will never use anyone else. They will also unlock your car for free if your kids accidentally get locked in. This is a number every parent (and everyone else) should have in their phone.

Today my daughter lock my oldest child keys in the trunk. First all the car is 2017 Toyota with keyless entry. My daughter called around so the first lock smith she came across was from Lock Smith connections n the guy showed unlock car. I told the man my keys are in the trunk.He was mad then claimed he could open trunk for $50. I said screw u... Im not paying u no $50 to open that then git mad and clise the door making the door be locked again. I googled locksmith in stl n Pop a lock..popped up. The guy who came was Mike was so nice and helpful. He came in timely manner and unlock the cars in mintues...but one problem trunk button wouldnt work so he said we would have to reset the battery. He tried to let back seats down couldnt find a button. However we found a release button that would let the seats down so we climbed in the trunk. So thanks alot Mike for being a nice guy and feeling sorry for 2 ppl that was in desperate situation👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍!
