Wish I could give 6 stars. I bought a house and needed a re-key. Boza showed up same day, helped me through a fairly complicated job (typical old STL house). Fast and the work was great. This is the only locksmith you’ll ever need.

Boza came out within 15 minutes of my call (keys were locked in our truck) and had our truck opened within about 3 minutes. We also needed some keys made for our front door and he took care of that. He’s a very nice professional, with great customer service, and great pricing. I highly recommend!

Boza was absolutely perfect. He arrived on time, was extremely kind and informative and did an excellent job. All the locks on our new home were changed out quickly and efficiently including replacing a broken lock. He had four new keys ready to go right away. 100 percent would use BNG again.

The outside handle on our storm door was broken And could only be opened from the inside so my wife and I could not leave together. Called BNG and Boza came out at about 6 o’clock on a Saturday evening And fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was professional, courteous, and got the job done in a timely manner

Best locksmith I have EVER dealt with. Scheduling an appointment was easy. The owner Boza even helped me stand up to the property manager who was being negligent with not providing proper IC Core Cylinders. If it wasn’t for Boza, I’d have been given the runaround by the property manager. He then fixed everything perfectly, and only charged me for the price of the new lock with no service fee. I begged him to let me pay the service fee and to let me tip as well to show him my appreciation. I tried repeatedly... and he refused. He simply said, “please just show your appreciation by using my business in the future.” I certainly know who I will be using in the future, and I will always recommend this locksmith to anyone in the community.

I called BNG Friday very early morning as I was closing on my new home Friday late morning. I wanted to see how quickly I could get someone out to change my locks after closing. Boza came out Saturday morning. He was so flexible, accommodating, knowledgeable, was personable, and had extremely reasonable pricing. Boza explained everything to me, showed me how to use my new keypad entry, and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I would definitely recommend.

I called Boza who owns the company. I explained I needed a deadbolt replaced since it was stripped off. He quoted me a great price, showed up on time, and since it was a old door he had to go get a another part. He quickly replaced it in no time. Very professional, I will use him again.
