I was recommended by a friend that works at a shop to get a second key at this place. I left my key on top of the car and drove off the key inside with the sensor. I found they key smashed except the sensor when i found it. I went and he told me what i needed to do instead of going to the dealership and saved me a lot of money. I have recommended this place since and will always. The gentleman is extremely nice and he amazing. I went in and get it done in a few minutes, he also made sure my key worked before I left. Amazing customer service too.

First off, the company is efficient and the workers who come out to people's rescue are nice and will actually go over the process which is A+. I gave 3 stars for the "boss" who answers the phone, he was just rude and short when he could have just gave the information I needed without me asking him a thousand questions but again, glad he has nice workers to come to people's rescue when needed. According to my friends who use the same place, the guy has always been that way and my husband and I just used this place last year and I had no issues. Guess I just caught him in one of his moods. Unfortunately my husband's car had more internal issues and we were not able to use this company this year to get a spare car key. I didn't catch his name but thank you to the kind hearted silver hair man who tried. ✌️

I recently bought a new vehicle that came with only one flip key fob. It was pretty worn so I wanted another one just for peace of mind. Ron was quick, thorough and to the point, which I appreciated. He was able to order the fob that matched my vehicle, cut and code it the very next day. It only took him 10 minutes! Amazing company! I lost the keys to my car. I called a different company yesterday. The locksmith tried for 2 plus hours to make a new key. He said it was impossible. I got A-All lock Key from my mechanic recommendation. They came first thing this morning and had a key made in 15 minutes max! He saved the day! Very reasonably priced too! Almost a hundred dollars less than any other place I got a quote from!

They programmed keys for my 2008 Scion XD. This was not an easy job, and I was impressed with their knowledge, cheerfulness, thoroughness, and reasonable prices. I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Two years later, I called them again to repair my front door lock. Corey came out the next day, arrived on time, explained the nature of the problem, and repaired it. He made sure I understood how the repair worked and verified that the new lock was operating smoothly and to my satisfaction. The charge was reasonable, within my expectation. I gave these guys a 5-star rating the first time I worked with them. I'd give them six if I could.

Nothing short of fantastic! Our key was stuck in the lock so we called and they had a service guy there in about 20 minutes. We ended up getting a new lock and then replaced also the back door locks as well, got them keyed the same for less than expected -a very fair price. They guy also happened to notice that the spring had come loose on my back door and he fixed that too while he was at it! Excellent service all around.

My entire experience with A-ALL Lock & Key Co. was IMPRESSIVE! I called several other locksmiths, before calling A-All Lock, and was quoted $400-$500 , just for a new programed key, each time. When I called A-ALL Lock & Key, they quoted me $175! I had lost my keys at the galleria while seeing a movie on Thursday evening and was panicking that I was not going to find a reasonable locksmith before the mall was going to tow my car for the weekend. I am a classroom teacher and had to Uber to school the next morning on Friday. When I called and explained the situation to A-All Lock & Key on Friday, they were EXTREMELY helpful! They offered to cut a key at the shop, drive out to the galleria to program it and then drive the new (programed) key over to me at school! It doesn't stop there! Apparently, the first key he tried had the wrong chip in it. Instead of just telling me "Sorry , we tried.." , he drove back to the shop, cut a NEW key, drove back out to the galleria, programed that new key and then drove through traffic to my school to give me the new key! He also noticed that the lock in my driver side door is damaged and gave me an estimate for fixing that , which was also several hundred dollars cheaper than I had been quoted from anyone else previously! I highly recommend A-All Lock & Key Co. Inc. !!!

The trunk of my car wouldn't open because the lock was so dirty that it was completely stuck. I drove over to them and the guy knew right what to do with it, and didn't charge me because it was finished so quickly. These guys got me out of a jam fast and did it honorably.

They re-opened, made the copy, charged me two bucks, and I was out the door less than two minutes after I first knocked. Family member keys were taken at the Ymca in Marylin Heights, Mo I spoke with Ron nd asked him about vehicle and if he could make key for Hummer 3 after finding out if he could he came out promptly and made a key and was so very courteous and kind he was a jewel!
