Joe SmyrakAccidentally, locked myself out of my new home. I called and they said about 3 hours. They called in less than an hour and sent out an amazingly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable locksmith that not only got us into the house, but re-keyed all of the locks to one key and added a deadbolt for my smart lock. He even grabbed my vacuum and cleaned the mess!! I was expecting to pay way more too. These guys are the real deal!!

Grateful for their work and heartily recommend them… and they get technology too.

Nick at Fred the Fixer was the only locksmith service in the whole city I could get on the phone. He helped me troubleshoot some issues and sent a photo to one of their locksmiths, Tim, who had been running around on jobs for the entire day helping people out. Tim was able to get over to my place in no time, unlock the door, fix my keypad, and make me two new keys in a flash—all while I sat in the warmth of my car. He is an absolute pro. After he was done, Tim then drove off to save the day for several others in the freezing cold night.
The bill was was incredibly reasonable and far less than what I expected for service on a holiday.The folks at Fred the Fixer have helped my family out several times in the past decade or so and I will not go anywhere else for service. Neither should you.
Cole WilliamI walked in an hour before closing and asked for four copies of a key to be made. I was expecting to pay at least $20, service was outstanding and I bet 5 minutes hadn't passed by the time I had my keys and receipt in hand.. oh and I didn't even pay half of what I was expecting for that caliber of service.

Tiffany MohrLONG STORY but my husband was flying in to Sioux Falls, and the vehicle waiting for him to drive two more hours to home, was locked in the airport parking lot with the keys inside. He was in the air so I was scrambling to fix the problem. Called 2 places who were thankfully unavailable to help, because that led me to Fred. Fred the Fixer immediately said “we will help you, we just need to figure it out”. My husbands plane wasn’t landing until 7:30 pm, after hours, so They had an employee stop on their way home from work to unlock the truck and hide the keys, and it was only $47! I was prepared to pay over $100 so I was THRILLED. It was so slick and simple and considering I was trying to solve this problem from Arizona, I could not be happier.
Maxwell LidmanCalled early at 8:45AM locked my keys in my truck... again.. Dusty was the one to come to my aid. Very nice and professional. Was to my house by 9:10. Very fast and so nice! Will be calling again. Since I do this often apparently. Thank you Fred the fixer!! Lifesavers!! Also cheap!
