If it wasn't for Sam, my boss would've been so cross with me. I lost the office keys and couldn't open it up, I was losing it when I called zip locksmith who have helped me out before and Sam was sent over. He got the door open and then Imade a request for it to be chnaged later in the day because I didn't want to risk my boss seeing him there and finding out anything. Wow! Our Wheeling home's garage door need repair. I phoned this garage door, and they sent two fantastic service technicians! They discovered a broken overhead spring, a severed tube, broken cables, and more right away; the situation was chaotic. They had every component on their vehicle, and they collaborated well. Saved my day!!!! And my peace of mind. I lost my key and had another company rekey my locks that night. The next morning, the door knob came off in my hand. They didn't show up to fix things, so I called Zip Locksmith to help. The technician, David, had me text him a photo so he knew he would have the right parts, then arrived when he said he would and fixed everything quickly. Everything works like a charm. Did extensive research on this matter of getting into my ride and although it seemed that the dealership route was cheaper in getting a new key bought, cut, programmed and tow. However, David was very reasonable hearing out my situation and offered a significantly lower price than what the dealership listed. More over, David was going to get this taken care of right then and there. Situations like that are pricy, however when customer service skills like David come into play, it softens the recoil of any negative grounds you're in. Highly recommended. I think that the service provided was pretty darn impressive, notwithstanding a little miscommunication that was primarily my fault at the beginning. I accidentally told them to come at 12:30 when I really meant 1:30, but that was my fault, they came on time and I let me them in to do the job. You guys know how it is, sometimes when you go out to a bar or a club and dance the night away, stuff just falls out of your pocketbook! Last night, I had one of those nights & my keys were nowhere to be found. Only, I realized this after my Uber ride home...
