Was recommended this place after someone broke into my car and busted up the passenger door lock real bad. I could tell within minutes of him getting to work--after driving directly to my car--that I was watching a real professional at work. Justin was able to deftly remove the lock, fashion a new key, and get the new lock installed all right there on the spot...I'd say the process took 45 minutes at the absolute max. Now it looks and functions better than it did when I got the car! It's nice he offers a 1-year warranty, but I don't think it's gonna be necessary because of how stellar his work was. I feel like I got more than my money's worth, and I'm confident anyone reading this and considering his services will feel the same. Mahalo, Justin!!!!

I had lost the only key to my 1994 Daihatsu Hijet and had contacted like five previous locksmiths to try to get a new key made. Every singe one ghosted me once they realized the vehicle was JDM. Justin came out and managed to figure it out using a set of specialized tools designed for Isuzu and other other Japanese vehicles. I doubt anyone else would have been capable of making a key for my vehicle. Super grateful for Justin's expertise and expansive tool set.

My Prius has an unusual lock code which made it require experimentation, much work time and obtaining a special tool in order to replace the lost key. Both the owner and technician were knowledgeable, tireless, communicative and pleasant throughout. I would absolutely call them again and trust their character and honesty.They arranged the tow through AAA for me, as the car would likely have been impounded before the fix could be accomplished. Even after all the time and effort required, they charged only the original quote, which was 60% less than the dealer quote, and started work right away as opposed to the dealer's day or two later. I'm from out of state, so all their attention was important and much appreciated. I'm happy to recommend them.

Justin came to my place of business yesterday just as scheduled, and did the impossible. He programmed a new key-fob for my 2012 Range Rover. Impossible because I know the dealer wouldn't have been able to do it, the car had a modified security system. It required finding a specific circuit board behind vehicle panels, removing it, electronically adjusting it, re-installing it, then proceed with the program process. What usually takes 10 minutes took an hour and a half of expert, genius electronic/programming problem-solving work. And all for the original 10-min bid. Expert and professional. My hat is off to Justin, I can't recommend him enough.

A friend lost her key on a bike ride she was on with me. We called Just Cars and Andrew was dispatched to help us. He was extremely polite and friendly. Justin (the boss) was in the area working on another job and stopped by to help. It turned out the car had to be towed to be worked on the next day since the park we were at was closing. They called the insurance company FOR US and expedited the tow request. While we waited for the tow truck they went to work on the other job. Incredibly, they stopped by to CHECK ON US (at 11:00 PM no less) when they were done with the other car. The next day there were some complications (in no way their fault) and they navigated them smoothly and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get us our key. No extra cost even though the job turned into a more complicated task than they expected. If you’re losing your faith in humanity, give these guys a call and they will blow you away with their integrity and decency!!

Phenomenal and friendly service! Justin was able to sneak me in within just a few hours of my initial phone call. He confidently communicated his process over the phone and followed through on it. Fixed the ignition switch and recut keys for my 20 year old honda in under an hour. Everything works exactly as before and for a fraction of what the dealer would charge. What set him apart was that he offered and followed through with showing me what he was doing while any answering any questions I had about the process. It is one thing to be good at your skill but it is another to take the time to share that knowledge with a customer so they can resolve issues on their own in the future. I hardly ever go through the effort to leave reviews but the experience of working with Justin was so professional I felt the need to immediately write this.

I don't know how many five star reviews you need to read to be convinced, but if you are sitting on the fence, here you go: THESE GUYS ARE ROCKSTARS! My dad lost all key sets to his late model Subaru, had the car towed to a dealer, dealer quoted what felt like a high price and, importantly, a long time frame to re-key. Justin and Alex (or Andrew, sorry it's been a few months since they helped us out) were willing to re-key the car on the dealer's property (with advance dealer permission secured; a genuine thank you to the dealer for being supportive of the situation). They came quickly, and got it done right. While it's not cheap, it was notably less than the dealer, a few hours (at most) rather than a week plus, and definitely fair. The car being re-keyed has immobilizers that are easy to mess up (which would result in a snowball of time and money), and requires expensive equipment, key blanks, and lengthy and ongoing training / certification to complete properly. The price is very reasonable given these considerations. You lost the key...this is the lowest cost way of replacing it...and moving on / getting over it. As a bonus it's also the easiest way. Don't bother calling around. You found the right company to get it done. Ridiculously high quality service, quick, and a fair price. Usually it's speed, quality, price...pick two. With this crew its all three. Seriously. What more could you ask for?

Justin is a problem solver. I recognize and value this because, as a handyman, that is what my clients value most about me. Justin took the replacement of an out-of-date, out-of-service Tibbe key for my 2014 Ford Transit Connect as a challenge. Even the Ford Dealers in the area would not deal with it. Admittedly, there was a little hiccup on the first pass (like I've never mis-cut lumber), but he kept at it until it was resolved. A fob replacement for a 2014 Subaru Forester was done in a few minutes at much less than the cost at Carter Subaru. I would go to Justin with any car lock issue.

Just cars is one of the best businesses I've ever reached out to when I was in drastic need of help. My first experience was when I lost both keys to my motorcycle. With Justin's incredible know-how and network, he was able to fix my transponder issues with no hiccups. Transponder issues on motorcycles especially are difficult to address, even dealerships have issues with it. Justin assured me it was only a matter of time and sure enough he had me back riding my motorcycle. The second time I reached out to Justin I had a key fob issue with my car. Basically the fob burnt out and even though his schedule was incredibly busy, he offered me to come out and meet him on a job site. Highly recommend Justin & Just Cars for automotive locksmith needs! If your car has a fob entry system (And who doesn’t anymore?) Justin was the recommendation from my trusted old-school locksmith. I was locked out of my second hand BMW two days after buying it. Neither the fob nor the key would open the door. Justin was able to come in about an hour. He got us into the car quickly. He had come to us between previous appointments, so to deal with the reasons this all happened we scheduled a time he could come and replace the locking mechanism inside the door. Within an hour he had rebuilt the door mechanism and built a new key fob AND rekeyed the trunk to match. Everything works great now! And only one key like it should be! Justin is great! Let him fix your car woes. Don’t bother calling the other guys.

Never would I have thought I would be in the position of losing my keys- luckily enough, Justin, and his team are more than qualified in addressing any issue at hand, even ones too big for a dealership to tackle. From losing my keys- to having them back took me over a month because my story had a lot of hiccups. I originally hired Justin to make me new keys, unfortunately, AAA sent out a different locksmith who happened to put my car into an immobilizer mode- this was something that Justin previously warned me might happen. From here, Justin's apprentice, Alexander, went out of his way to travel to Sultan to see if there is anything they can do- and more unfortunate news, he couldn't. Thankfully, Justin didn't charge me for this. After this, Justin wrote me an email to send over to AAA addressing the issues at hand, and the improper steps taken by the previous locksmith hired by AAA. He didn't have to do this, but, he went out of his way for me. My car had to be sent into Subaru for them to create me new keys. A couple weeks went by, and I got a call from Subaru, there was nothing they could do for whatever reason. That's when I got a call from Justin again, he has my car! Justin, and his team went out of there way to figure out a problem that Subaru could not address. Because of Justin's hard work, and dedication to consistently work hard at a situation, I finally had my car back- 1.5 months later. I could not say enough good things about Justin. He communicates well, works hard, and solves problems. If there was ever another person I would have to call to get me out of a bad situation, it would be Justin. Amazing communication and customer service. Justin drove to my place of business right on time even after making a reservation just the day before. By simply sending him a photo of my existing key, he was able to duplicate 2 brand new key fobs for my 2016 dodge ram. He also made 2 new valet keys to go with the fobs. It only took about 15 minutes and couldn't have been more convenient. Pricing was equivalent of not less than the dealership cost, who couldn't even get me new keys for a few weeks. I lost my car key and bought a replacement on Amazon. Justin encouraged me to program the fob myself then helped program the key itself for less than half of what the dealership was going to charge me. He was prompt and professional in his communication and even texted me when he missed my call that he was on another call but would be with me shortly. His customer service was some of the best I have ever received in any industry. I highly recommend him for your locksmith needs.

Amazing service! I was actually given their contact info by Mercedes Benz of Seattle. I wanted to swap the lock cylinder from my broken lock assembly with a replacement part I had. Unfortunately, the replacement already had a lock cylinder, but without a key. The dealer wanted to order a brand new assembly with a cylinder cut for my car by VIN for $$$. Compared to the dealer, less expensive (there, one keyless remote with labor about 1500 plus tax; this business, $600 plus tax for first remote, &425 plus tax for second) and quicker (dealer more than a week; this. Haines, work done within about 3h from time I called). While I still consider $1025 plus expensive for 2 remotes they have a 1 year warranty on the product and service. So I was willing to pay because I needed the work done the same day. Not only were they fast, but also they are both professional and kind, and had good senses of humor.

Technicians were professional and pleasant during both scheduling and rekeying. The work being done was to completely rekey our vehicle after it had been stolen and later returned. Of particular note was how the technician, Jesse, handled a misunderstanding of what I wanted. Only after he was done with all the work and I was testing the keys, did it surface that I did not want the valet key to work in the glove compartment - only in the ignition and doors. Jesse was initially unsure how to deliver that. After spending some time researching and working on it, he got it working just how I wanted. If you have dealt with the "other" locksmiths out there you will know that they very reluctantly give you a quote on the phone then come and want 3 times that amount. Not Justin.
