Called up this morning, got Nick on the phone, he was super friendly and helpful, sent Jared out who was also super friendly and helpful, arrived in an hour, got new keys cut and programmed and good to go on half an hour! All for just under what the dealership would have charged for one key, and I'd have have to tow it there! Convenient, affordable and friendly!

Back in July, I contacted Element to change the door locks on a new house that I bought. Someone called promptly, but from a number that was different from their website. A man came the next morning to change the lock, and arrived slightly early. He took awhile to work on the front door lock. And he encountered an issue that required him to come back a couple days later to do more work. The cost was reasonable. And I did not have to pay again for the return work. He was very personable and provided two keys.

An employee named Justin came out and got a key that broke in my cars ignition. I pretty much thought it was stuck in for good, they got it out in a few minutes a made me a new one on spot, total service was less than a hour. Definitely earned the 5 star rating

Highly recommend this Service. Very happy with the way they handled things. The other companies I called seemed so unprofessional and wanted me to wait hours. They got here on time as agreed and were very polite and professional. I do recommend doing research for your own safety before calling around. Some locksmiths are not legitimate businesses. It's worth spending 5-10 mins examining reviews before giving the the location and model of your vehicle.

I lost the keys of my Volkswagen Beetle 2000 on a Thursday evening and didn't have a spare one. I wanted to resolve this immediately and contacted several parties in the Seattle area by phone. Although lots of them wrote on their websites they support Volkswagen keys, none of them actually did, besides Element Locksmith. Thirty minutes after contacting Element Locksmith two guys arrived in a black van at the parking lot in Downtown Seattle where my car was parked and started working. The whole process took about 2.5 hours and was way more complex than I could imagine. The first hour went into creating the key, while the other hour went into programming the car to accept the key. They clearly knew what they were doing and informed me about each step through the whole process. Although there are better ways to spend a Thursday evening, it was intriguing to see how they gained access to the car and created keys out of nothing (there was no spare key). Even-though the process took longer than expected (each car is a unique case) I did not pay anything extra. No hidden fees, no extra charges. I paid exactly what was communicated during the initial phone call. Because they communicated a fixed price, the time they spend did not change anything to the fixed price. I highly recommend Element Locksmith. They're fast, reliable, resilient and deliver exactly what they promise.

Was a relieving experience. My car had experienced someone trying to forcefully enter and messed with the locks so that it was difficult to open on one side and a tool had actually been broken off in the lock on the other side. Called Element to have some of the locks in our old house replaced. Nick showed up on time, was super friendly and gave us multiple options for what we could do. Later, when one of the doors was acting up, Elements sent Nick back the same day. It turned out to be a super easy fix, and I felt a little bad about calling him out. My Honda Element was stuck in a hardware store parking lot and the key would not turn. It had been sticky for a while and I knew something was going bad. I called my insurance and they said to use this guy. It was a 2 hour job but now I have a rebuilt lock that he said is just like new. Yes it was pricy but when your stuck and faced with towing it somewhere this was the best fix. After getting home I have researched the alternatives and if I had towed it home and did it myself just the part was $400 and then add reprograming and all the time messing around this was the best solution. It was $530 with tax.

My husband and I were recently in Seattle visiting our daughter, and we somehow got locked out of our rental car while trying to carry our luggage into the condo where we were staying. We had our keys stolen alongside with some other personal belongings. That was the only key we had and now the car was locked with no other way to get in it and no way to cut the key and reprogram it.. We called a locksmith company to do the job and they were not able to do the job, even after 2 technicians tried everything and anything they could. Finally they gave up and we came across this ANGEL called JUSTIN, from Element Locksmith. He accessed the car, studied the case and discovered that there were no code for this car in the Ford's database. After a few minutes he was able to program the new key... Just the right guy, with right tools and right knowledge to get it done. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU JUSTIN!
