Our car was unfortunately broken into but Nick was able to make it out to us within 15 minutes of our call and was able to cut us a key and set us up even though our car was a older model. He was extremely professional courteous and helpful. Definitely recommend

Needed to get a car key replacement. First place tried to charge way too much calculating on his iPhone calculator. Seemed very suspect. Called Blue Sky, was able to get an estimate over the phone. When they arrived, their prices were half and before the work started I had an itemized invoice. The work was great, fast & efficient. I would highly recommend.

I called these guys up to make a replacement key for my cadillac cts 2007 after having lost it a month prior. I had ongoing hopes that security would find my key at work. I got a notice on my car that it would be towed in a few days if it weren't moved. Blue Skies was able to give me a firm price range to rekey "not wishwashy I'll have to see when I get there" that was ~$100 less than the 3-4 other places I called. I have an inconvenient schedule where I work for 7 days straight and come home after 8 pm. Nick the manager personally came out at 8:30 pm to rekey my car at night in the rain. Some background about my car is that it has been in a few accidents and I have rehabbed it somewhat and is my pet project. He was not able to re-progam it that night. Meanwhile security did end up finding my key the next morning (gah...after a month of asking). Nick agreed that I could pay half the cost since he already had done a lot of work to complete the key and gave me the extra non-programmed key. I come home later that night and the car does not start up. I call Blue Skies again and tell them about my issue thinking that perhaps he did not put the ignition back in correctly. He calls me back at 8:30 pm that night and tells me he was able to jump the car and he absolutely did not think it had anything to do with the ignition. I tried jumping my car for 10-15 min with no luck with another car. I ordered a jump starter which arrived the next day and was successful in jumping the car. I commend Nick for his accountability and calling what I would consider a "nightmare" customer (like me) back and telling me what happened so I could figure out the next steps. He really was very courteous when I suggested that it could possibly be the ignition which he fiddled with. I know they have a lot of 5 stars and I'm giving them one more! Annette

I lost my car keys on my last trip to Phoenix and when I arrived at Seattle-Tacoma airport I realized that I don’t have my keys on me which was a shocker and I was about to freak out! I called blue sky locksmith and they sent me Nick who is the most down to earth person and has a great customer service. He was at the spot in 20 mins and got me the new key in 10mins (Original key was not with me). Definitely a life saver!! Nick was awesome to deal with!

Nick and Louis are wonderful. They respond right away. Wish we had known about them and called sooner. The car sat locked up a couple months, while we Looked for the key. We were able to ok purchase for fobs by email and they scheduled appointment. the battery had died, sitting so long. They had to manually Open the door and restart battery and synch key fobs. Just got a new car key made by Eric. He came out promptly within 30 minutes. We agreed on a good price before hand, something I'd recommend doing to make sure the cost isn't too high. We ran into some issues with two locks being different but he called for backup and they saw it through, got the job done and made sure I had keys to both locks. Overall I'm pleased with their level of commitment and service.

Someone tried to steal my Chevrolet Tahoe on New Years and busted out my ignition. I called BlueSky & they had a technician call me right away. Eric, who was the technician, was very prompt, professional and communicative. I explained the exact situation that happened and what I needed done, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. We called the guy got here really fast about 20 minutes or less to unlock our car that we had just bought that day. The seller did not tell us the keys were for the new starter and would not unlock the car so we ended up needing someone to help us get in. They made 3 separate test keys and one of them actually worked so hurrah no need to break into it. Great quality service and customer support with this company.

Was very impressed with the service and the knowledge. Called 3 or 4 locksmiths and got a lot of send pictures and I am not sure but for a fee we can attempt to help you. Eric said there was a fee but that he would solve the problem and he did. He had to return to accomplish this but he was true to his word and did an excellent job. Have now used Nick's services twice and both times he exceeded expectations. He is reliable, prompt, transparent and efficient. From the time I called to make my inquiry to the minute he was done I never felt out of the loop and the process felt seamless. Four years ago my key would no longer turn my ignition to turn on my vehicle and I was often stranded, Nick came by and in a short period of time replaced the ignition cylander lock and I have not had issues since. Today, I asked to have my vehicle door locks looked at as my dull key no longer worked, Nick was able to make a new copy of the key and I am able to once again lock my car (it had been a couple years). Very happy with his services. Highly recommend.

The woman I talk to you on the phone I did not get her name but she made me cry with how kind she was when she was talking to me and I was locked out of my car. They're honest, thorough, have accurate timelines, and the dispatcher obviously has positive communication with the technician w/good customer follow-up. My experience going with an obscure competing company was negative enough that I feel moved to share my testimony. I regretfully went with another competing company with no background/reviews because I was in a rush, and the other company said they could do the job sooner at a lower rate. I end up having multiple technicians trying to be dispatched to get my car unlocked with extra service fees, and the technician that shows up tries to charge me twice the rate the dispatcher quoted. I gave the type of firm 'no' that most people can't give, and the rate magically returned to it's original amount, which wasn't so much lower than bluesky to justify the extra tricks this other company tried to pull.. Most people locked out of their car, and in a hurry, are just going to doubt their own recollection of the dispatcher's quote and say 'okay' to the rate being doubled by the technician at the point when the door is halfway open already. Give BlueSKY Locksmith a call, at least you know you'll be getting what you asked for without the extra bs.

My experience with Seattle Lock and Safety didn't start well. When Nick showed up on Sunday night, he asked for proof of ownership and I didn't have any and then he notified me that he won't be able to make me a key for my truck. I got mad and was really rude and I'm sorry about that Nick. He showed up the next day after I got a hold of my registration and made me a new key fob for my truck.
