Parsons is amazing. Great prices and amazingly fast service. I called to get a key programmed , they came by in 20 min, had the key programmed in another 5. They even have cheap key fobs. The key fob I need ,they have for 50 including service fee and my dealership has them for 140 not including the service fee. AMAZING JOB PARSONS(:

Alex was awesome! From the first time I called to the end of service he was very responsive via text and phone calls! Great customer service and very kind and understanding! Programmed the key fob, assisted in lockout, key cutting and charged the battery in a very short time and very true and reasonable price. Was locked out of my apartment as the key fell off of my key ring, called and got a great quote without any BS, was quoted 15 or so minutes till they arrived and the locksmith arrived right around that time, he was very quick, very nice and charged me only slightly over a third of what the other places I called wanted, with no extra or hidden charges. Definitely recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Called at 1:30 pm, they arrived by 3:30 pm, re-keyed all my exterior locks AFTER they installed my new door knobs and dead bolts at no extra cost. I called a competitor before them, they couldn't fit me in for another 5 days and charge additional for any door knob installation, etc. CALL PARSONS!

These guys saved us. We were in a bit of a jam after taking our car to Lindon to the dealership to be serviced they ended up send us home with a loaner car. We drove home more than a hour away and realized we left our house key with the car keys. We called multiple places and none could help. Best price around and excellent customer service. I called a handful of places to get a couple key fobs programmed and cut for a newer car and everywhere else was either rude service or crazy pricing, triple the cost for two keys!! Bought a car and the next day the key came off of a screw looked everywhere for my key so I’m locked out of my car don’t have an extra key. My car is a push to start which means that it’s a very expensive and long process if you don’t have an extra spare key. I have been to lots of places looking for someone to help me and they would give me ridiculous prices or tell me they can’t help me because they would need a key in order to program it but throughout everything that I’m going through Parsons Lock and Key has helped me the best they can by going above and beyond by helping me get information, always keeping me updated, unlocking my car, and have really good prices. It was Labor Day, and I had tried calling several other places that were supposed to be 24 hours with no answer. Tried the number for Parsons, and immediately they had someone on the way. Wow! I lost my Dodge Ram key at Snowbasin while skiing and was fortunate enough to call a company in Layton that referred me to Parsons. They said they would be able to help and meet me up there. They not only were able to help, but they met me in South Weber and gave me a ride up.
