I couldn't be happier with Bob's Key Safe and Lock! When I lost the key to my Lexus LS430 the dealership told me that it would cost over $700.00 for two new keys. They also told me that I would have to have the car towed to them, and that they might have time to look at it next week... Bob's quoted me almost half of that price for the same keys, and was working on the car in my driveway within 30 mins! Truly exceptional service!

Went waterfowl hunting in the morning out at farmington bay when I got back to my truck realized that I had lost my keys. After spend 4 hrs on the phone with some 24/7 key company i gave up but then found and called BOBs key safe and locks and within 30 min the were out here and within 10 min had a new key programmed for me. I have a Honda Element and was left stranded when my key would barely go in the ignition let alone turn in the ignition switch. I had to leave the car in an unfamiliar neighborhood and get a rental until my mechanic and I decided whether to tow it to his place or call around and see if someone could fix it where it was parked. When these guys answered my call and confidently knew what the issue with my car was, I quickly decided to go with them. The technician got to my car, took apart the ignition assembly, made a new key while I sat in my rental—not wanting to pressure him—then suddenly I look up and hear my car trying to turn over. “Dang! Almost fixed but now the battery is dead from sitting in the cold!” Which is when I realized the technician had already hooked my car up to jumper cables. Anyways, very good quality stuff. Highly recommend.

Sitting on the side of the street for a couple days, when you get pestered by the SLCPD. The wife is all in a panic and lost the ignition key to my 35 foot long motorhome. These guys were great, to less then a half hour. And they made me 2 keys. Great job, great service, and extremely knowledgeable.

And they didn’t damage any part of my door knob, which is great cuz I had just gotten a new knob. I also had been trying to instal the new dead bolt key turney part for ages and couldn’t get it. After taking possession of an abandoned property, we quickly realized the tenants were hoarders and even worse, they had left freezers filled with meat. The power had been turned off 45 days before so the stench was horrible.
