Conner took care of me when I arrived and I have to say the experience was amazing! I was gifted a Yakima Sky box without keys and needed it rekeyed asap. Little did I know, the key had broken inside one of the locks. Not only was Conner able to remove the key fragment. He was then able to make new keys from it!!! The entire process took LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! I'm truly grateful! I walked away with 3 new keys today for 30 bucks! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

These guys know what's up! I bought a new car that only came with one key and no fob. I was able to find some keys and brought them in to be cut and programmed. I'm not sure who helped me but he was really fast, efficient, and taught me about programming my own keys. He also found the door code for my car! From start to finish, it only took about 20 minutes and I had two new, programmed keys all for about $100. That totally wipes out the dealership costs!

Got locked out of the house. Call them at 9 in the morning they showed up 30 minutes later. Jack B does an amazing job, go above and beyond to get all us in the house and get 3 locks re-keyed including the one in the garage. Definitely use them again for my business and home.

My husband and I lost the key to our truck, we figured that the key would show up but unfortunately, it never did. In the morning I came out to a cop car pulled behind our truck just about ready to call someone to come to tow it, I had to beg him to give us a little more time. We frantically called Bob's Lock and Safe and they came to the rescue extremely fast. They worked in the freezing cold until it became super dark. AND came bright and early to finish the tedious job. I called multiple Lock Smiths and their price was heaps and bounds better than any other Lock Smiths in the area. SUPER satisfied with the work they did! Don't go anywhere else.

We were stuck without a key and had been stood up by several other locksmiths in the area. We contacted Bob on a busy Sunday afternoon Randy was able to arrive within an hour and a half, which is at point was very reasonable. Randy worked tirelessly for two straight hours in the hot sun to get the correct key codes that were needed to make a new key. Randy is a very nice and caring person who did a great job!

I needed a new key fob programmed for a car I just purchased. Calling a couple of dealers, they were booked for weeks and couldn't get me in to get this simple operation done. I had heard some locksmiths could program a key fob, so I visited Bob's. I was out of there in 30 minutes and my new key fob works great. Good experience. They charge the same as I was being quoted by dealerships.

USE THIS COMPANY BEFORE ANYONE ELSE!!! Super helpful, honest, friendly, and the pricing beats all over company’s! I lost the keys to my car, might have thrown them away! I called and they got there within an hour, they verified that my information matched the cars information, and once it all matched they made me a new key that not only unlocked my door and started my car as well, they gave me a spare key at the quoted price! These guys are awesome and they are fast only took about 20 mins to get the new key that started my car, 5 mins to unlock the car! They also programmed the key so that the security system in my car recognized it! They beat everyone’s pricing by $50-$100 and did it for me when I needed it the most!!

Great experience. My young child locked her bedroom door and it has a key lock that our landlord didn’t give us the key for. So after struggling to open it all morning Bob’s employee was here within an hour and a half, and had it open in minutes for me. He also put 3 new privacy doorknobs on for my landlord to prevent the same problem. Really good price ($65 for lock out and $15 each for doorknob) and he was also very nice. Saved our day!

If you’re stuck in a bind and locked your keys in your car like me, go with these guys and not the other scammers that pop up on Google and quote you a low price and then actually charge you a crazy amount. My daughters ex boyfriend stole her key to her truck and we didn't have any luck trying to get the key back. We took out the battery, so this little twerp couldn't come and take the truck. I called Bob's Lock and Ryan (I am pretty sure thats what his name is) came out to my house to make a new key. 🗝 And I needed to put the battery back in so he could finish. That battery was so heavy, and I couldn't find a neighbor to come help me put it back in. Ryan ended up doing it and he was so cool about it. Most of the time the service guys will be irritated having to do anything extra. Or they will say it's against company policy. 😤 This is why I have been going to Bob's for years. I won't go anywhere else. They have always treated me good. And the prices are just as good as anywhere else. I even think I seen one of the guys that works there eat a worm, 🪱 this was years ago, and I think his name was Jim. 😜

Called for lockout - they are actual locksmiths unlock the first company I called who had no idea what how to open the door. Do yourself a favor and just call these guys. A bit pricy but they’re up front and it’s a flat rate.

I think my little dog stepped on my door lock button while I was delivering a package from my vehcle to someone's front door and left the car running. It was very cold outside but from the time I called him to the time I was able to get back inside my warm vehicle was less than 40 minutes even though it was late at night. I'm so grateful! He also was able to email my receipt instantly so I could send it to my insurance company for reimbursement for his services.

I have referred Bob's Safe & Lock to friends and clients for years. They have always shown up very quickly and given my contacts friendly and great service. When I recently needed to have a safe moved and installed into a new property, I reached out to them. They said to call once the safe was dropped off at the property. They showed up within 30 min and maneuvered the 1200lb beast through 3 doorways with only a couple of millimeters to spare. Not a knick or a scratch on anything. I'm now not only impressed with their lock and key service, but also their skill with moving such a large, heavy, cumbersome item efficiently and with such deftness. I will continue to refer Bob's to anyone who might need their services.

The gentlemen that come to move my safe from my garage to an upstairs bedroom were fabulous. It only took about 20 minutes total. They helped move furniture that was in the way and then put it back. After calling several businesses that claimed they provide "same day service" and got turned away due to not being able to come that same day I finally got ahold of this company and at the very same time my dad who was also calling around was referred to this company by someone he knows.... So me and my dad pretty much reached them at somewhat the same time and their communication was on point with the both of us and time frame that they gave us for when the guy was due to show up at our location was pretty much on the dot if not earlier! Lost my only car key at brighton ski resort. I left my car there overnight to see if someone would turn it in but no luck. Called around to a few locksmiths and bobs by far gave the best quote. Told me the time a locksmiths would be out there and the locksmith showed up on the dot. Showed up and had me a new key made in 10 min for the exact price the rep quoted me on the phone. To the rescue! My 84yr old father lost his keys. Walked a mile and and a half to MB dealer to get key made. Was told he didn’t have right paperwork with him and it would take 3 days to have key made because they don’t do onsite. Service dept. was closing in 10 minutes. I arrived and took him home and called Bob’s Lock and Safe WVC. They arrived within less than an hour of my call and made 2 keys on the spot! (Smug MB service dealer vs. Bob’s Lock ... I had been told by 4 different locksmiths who had me text them a picture of my lock, that they couldn’t do it and to call the manufacturer. Gary came over from Bobs lock, safe and key and was able to fix the lock on my filing cabinet in 5 minutes. He also adjusted the drawers that we’re misaligned. I've been here a few different times and the staff is always very knowledgable and extremely helpful. I had keys cut at another big box store and they did a terrible job and most of them didn't even work. I came here to have them redone and they did the job right the first time. Recently I changed all of the locks in my house and wanted them all keyed the same and had them do it. After I installed the locks again, one of the keys kept getting stuck, I brought it back and they replaced the entire deadbolt with a used one they had there at no charge. You can't really beat that kind of service and support!

Visiting Utah for my daughter’s wedding. My wife went to Costco to get wedding stuff so I took my 90 year old mom’s little Nissan Versa to Mister Car Wash. Gary didn’t even go through the door frame, (which is what I’ve always experienced, resulting in bending the door frame, subsequently creating constant wind noise thereafter), but used some fancy key picking apparatus, likely mixed with some voodoo magic, and unlocked my overly-security-sensitive Lexus without tripping the alarm.., in less than 2 minutes.
