The technician you guys sent out saved this rating for you. He’s the true hero here. I’ve called a few times in attempt to get my lock changed due to theft in my unit. The first time I spoke to a woman Norma, who gave me excellent information. The second time I called was to actually schedule for someone to come out. The young man led me through the entire booking process but he unfortunately did not log any information in your system. I was expecting someone to call/text at 10:00AM EST to confirm their arrival at 11:00AM EST and never received one. I called today at 10:50AM EST to find out no one was told about my appointment. The tech who came out was more than patient as he could tell I was a bit frustrated. He gave me a great run down on the key safe you guys offer and if I schedule to have one put up I’m requesting he’s is sent out.

Lost the keys to my car at the end of a stressful day. Never had a spare so as soon as I realized I couldn't find it, I called AAA for help. AAA connects me with a competitor to Northeastern who claimed that only the dealer can make keys for me. With exams coming up, I don't have time to run to the dealer for keys anytime soon. I had already been waiting for AAA for 2 hours when they told me they'd have to tow my car. I then came across Northeastern on Google, gave them a call, and was told they'd contact the car tech to figure out if this could be done. A few minutes later, and the tech is on his way to me. He arrived in less than an hour (the commute time) and got me out of a horrible situation. I am so thankful for the great, professional service that was provided.

The technician came right out and was very professional. 24 hour locksmith couldn’t get my door open for over an hour and wanted to drill it out. Called northeastern the following day. Their technician had my door open in under 10 minutes and made sure to verify my residence for security before opening. Would absolutely recommend!

Matt came to unlock a file cabinet He was very persistent in trying to pick the lock. He eventually had to drill the lock to get it open. He was very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Northeastern Security.

Great guys, exceptional service. Found out they cut muscle and vintage car keys, I'll be returning to have a set cut for my 1968 Plymouth. Update: My my old car keys were so worn I feared they could bend just by turning the cylinder. These guys were cool with me supplying fresh Chrysler key blanks, and cut them within minutes with no high peaks, flash, or burrs that you get at a hardware store. No more worries, and the key fits nice and snug. I'd give him a 10 if Google let me!

Joseph was awesome had everything in van to deal with any locked out of car situation. I was locked out of car with no key once I were to get in (worst kind of lockout lol). He had the right key had a 6000 dollar cpu scan tool which made me not worry about the programming. 20 minutes later all done and faster than a dealership could by alot, and they would probably charge more too. Most people say with this situation that you gotta take it to a dealership for it to be done right or not go thru hassle of buying bad remotes. I'm here to tell you call Northeastern security I trust them more than a dealership and honestly they are probably more knowledgeable too. Specific problem for a specific expert. Don't go to a dealership for wait times alone. The remote he sold with lockout package was brand new gm key fob and it even had remote start button that the one came with car didn't. All set now to throw in wireless starter. Top of the line hardware sold at Northeastern for same price as regular from dealer.

The service was amazingly quick and I have only high praise for Eric, who was able to resolve the problem with my back door. The knob for the deadbolt seemed to have dis-engaged and I couldn’t open the door. It’s now back to working, without having to replace the lock! It was wonderful to be helped by someone who is honest, highly competent and didn’t take advantage of me by pushing unnecessary, more costly repairs.

Through a series of events, it was an emergency to get our locks on ALL of our entry doors replaced. I called early in the day and they were at my house in a few hours. I then realized that I had no way to pay them on that day - that was no problem for them. "Just call the office on Monday and give them the credit card information". A few days later I need my car re-keyed. Not just a copy of a key made but an entire new key including the door lock to the car. No problem. It was an involved process but it was done quickly and the keys work perfectly. No wonder each of the other reviews here are for 5 stars each. My only problem is that I wished there were 6 or 7 or maybe 10 stars to give.

The mechanical key for my wife's Infiniti FX would not turn the lock. Joe and Caesar were great. Joe removed the lock and repaired it. Caesar reattached the connecting rod to the lock. They did not have to remove the inner door panel avoiding any possible damage. Key works perfect. Great experience. Saved me a lot of money by avoiding the dealer who most likely would have removed the inner door panel or at least said they had to remove it. Very professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services.
