If you like getting price gauged call Mr. Ts. I had forgotten my keys inside my place last week running to work in the morning for yet another 12 hour work day. Called about 930pm on Sat night I knew I'd be paying extra because. But just before he opened my door he said 350.00 or he wasn't gonna do it. He happily took the 240 in cash I had and left without saying anything. Just asking you to be fair and honest. Never again

THANKS DIN!! AWESOME service! Lost my keys and was stuck, AAA had no locksmiths MR T's was open 24 hours witch was great since it was about 10:30pm. I was stranded didn't have much money at the time. DIN really goes above and beyond, he isn't just another technician he's like having your friend come to help. Key works GREAT and was done VERY quickly. I'd choose MR Ts locksmith over AAA fast. I called Mr. T’s on a busy Saturday before Christmas regarding a replacement key fob for my husband’s 2013 Ford F-150 . I was told that I would receive a call from a service technician within ten minutes. James called me within five minutes and was at my house within an hour. Not only was James incredibly friendly to my intimidating dog that escaped the house to greet him, but he also was beyond understanding of the large snow bank he had to stand in while programming the key. Alon was very professional and was able to program 2 key fobs (w/remotestart feature), as well as cut and program 2 separate keys (chipped) for our 2013 Chevy Suburban in under an hr. Called Mr T and within 25min tech Adi arrived. Adi went above and beyond to fix my issue. I was locked out of my building after the snow storm we had in Boston a day ago. Adi showed up, reviewed all possible options with me to keep everything affordable and even waited with me to get some feed back from my HOA before committing to the expense. Adi tried to open the door with the least damage first for 1hr. Thankfully my electronic keypad was a very good keypad lock (that the HOA let run out of battery and did not provide a master key to all building dwellers) and it was not possible to not not drill through the deadbolt and open the door. Adi changed the existing drilled through keypad with the same model keypad, provided a new set of batteries and cut on the spot keys for the entire building. He worked throughout the entire process to perform the best service at the most competitive price in a timely manner. It is the second time I worked with Mr T and both services were outstanding and professional. Adi is kind, friendly and patient. I would work with him again and highly recommend him and his company. After calling 4 locksmiths Mr. T's was the first one that would even take on the challenge (all the others said the job was too difficult). 20 minutes later James and Danny (two seriously skilled brothers) showed up and did what needed to be done (picking a lock in short order that all the others deemed too difficult and would simply need to be replaced). Was having a horrible day got some bad news. To top it off I was going to go to work and my key was broken and battery for my key was dead. I had no way to get into my vehicle without setting off the alarm. and I needed to get around for this bad news I had gotten. Previously I had brought my key to another company to get it replaced and fixed and they charged me to “replace it” $60 When I arrived here he told me they gave me a new shell but not a new battery. So he replaced my battery for my key so that I could at least get into my vehicle to take it to the machanic and get my locks fixed. He did not charge me as he said it was a small fix and the previous guy who fixed my key played me. As soon as I finally got into my car I cried as it made my day. Was able able to run all my errands after that. I’m soo grateful and I will only come here now to get any keys or locks fixed.

i have to give it up to the service and timely manner of the service call, i was however NOT impressed nor happy with the price to program my ECU to my CURRENT key that i already had for years. $175 dollars to program my exsisting key to my NEW ECU. i am a locksmith in another state but live in RHODE ISLAND we charge $75 to program a customers key which takes less than 5 minutes! the car is an old car to boot, its a 2000 acura integra a 20 year old car i paid $150 dollars for a NEW key and programming that key to my car at the time (years ago). my location was 10 minutes away from there shop so the service call wasnt a crazy request. it needed to be done and the service time was faster than any other locksmith in town and thats why i gave 3 stars for the fast service.
