Most recently my automobile key was solidly stuck in the door lock. AAA Roadside Service sent out a locksmith to assist me. This was a tricky situation but It was resolved within 20 minutes. The key was removed from door lock and in working condition for the ignition! I was hoping that it would be Atlantic Locksmiths because I have had great service from them previous instaces, as well. They have made many keys with never a problem! (I have previously gone to HD to have keys made. I can not remember the last time I had keys made there which actually worked. My last experience with HD was driving back and forth and it still did not work. I have used this business to improve lock security at my home and had a combination changed on a complex lock. I would describe my experiences with Atlanta Locksmiths as accurate, knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy!

Friendly staff cut my keys cut first try and programmed 2 different sets of remotes on 2 occasions. My dog was treated like royalty inside the shop on a hit summer day. Grateful

Cassandra was the best. My mazda key had broken and need a new top piece thinking it would be a quick fix turned into two hours but Cassandra was determined to get it to work. The key had a little chip in it and she did incredible to get that chip out. Definitely will come back again and recommend everyone here. The kindness and patience was outstanding!!!

Place is fantastic. Cassandra is great and the service was fast and easy. I went expecting to spend 2 hours to get a key programmed and was pleasantly surprised when I was there for 20 minutes. Miraculously Cassandra was able to program my key and pick up the phone and help direct phone customers. Place was awesome I would definitely recommend.

I was referred by Dave from the East Side Service Center a bunch of times, and I finally made a call to ask for the details of making a new car key, and Ms. Cassandra answered all of my questions! She made sure she had what I needed in stock and told me the availability and duration of time it would take. I made a stop there and she was very welcoming, very professional and literally made my day! And I have a spare key as well. Thank you!

I've been using them for years. There aren't many places that make key fobs for the vehicle. They do a great job, and the prices are very reasonable. I wish I could have given more stars.

I discovered Atlantic Locksmiths when I called East Side Service Center to inquire if they could install a replacement ignition system on my 2002 Honda Civic. The technician said they don' t service Honda's and recommended Atlantic Locksmiths. When I called and spoke to the very pleasant and helpful employee, Cassandra, she also informed me that if I am a AAA member, the cost of replacing the ignition would be reduced by $50 if I contact AAA and have them dispatch their locksmith truck to where my car is located. After following Cassandra's instructions, I received a call back from her and she informed me when to expect the repairman to arrive. I also received a second call from her indicating that the repairman was leaving his last customer and heading to my location. I also received a text message from AAA indicating when the repair truck would arrive. Brian, the repairman arrived on time and informed me the problem was not the ignition; it was a worn-out key. He quickly cut me a new master key using the spare valet key which had barely been used. He programmed the key to work with my vehicle and was done in 15 minutes. I was impressed with Brian' s professionalism and courtesy. After he left, I received a follow-up call from Cassandra. I am extremely impressed with the people who work at Atlantic Locksmiths. I highly recommend them and commend them for their great customer service and quality of work. In addition, their price was very reasonable. Thanks for your wonderful service.

Thank you for being professional and offering amazing service. I lost my transponder key for my car and Atlantic was able to duplicate it at a much lower price then other locksmith services and definitely much cheaper than my dealer. I highly recommend them.

I recently lost my keys to my vehicle. I searched online and came across Atlantic Locksmith. They were very fast responding to my emailed questions. The manager sent me a quote and arranged a potential time immediately to have service conducted. Once we scheduled the service, and Lionel(Neal) my tech arrived it was in no time that he was done and had us up and running. Atlantic is AWESOME! We just bought a house and at the closing, the previous owners handed us 11 keys for their 3 doors. We immediately called Atlantic to switch out the locks and upgrade the hardware. They showed up right away and switched all 3 door locks out in minutes. They best part is, all 3 doors now use the same 1 key. I threw out 11 keys and put one on my key chain. Nel was our install technician. He was kind, courteous and most importantly great at his job. You could tell he was a true professional. He was in and out in under an hour. This was probably an easy job for Nel, but knowing our house is safe and secure means the world to us. Thanks Nel and thanks Atlantic! If you are even thinking of having your door locks switched out or upgrading your hardware, look no further. Atlantic will take great care of you!
