These guys are awesome. Very reasonable prices and they go above and beyond with regards to customer service. They replaced a lost key fob for my bmw and had my car running again within a few hours of me contacting them. A++++

Emmanuel saved us from an absolute nightmare of a situation at the end of our vacation! He stayed at the airport until 11:30pm just to meet us to give us a new key. A perfect example of why we love living in Maine, where people take care of each other! An hour before we were meant to leave Miami to come home to Portland, someone smashed the window of our rental car and stole all my credit cards, drivers license, passport, and THE LAST SMART KEY for my Toyota RAV4. My car was in the garage at the Portland airport, so following the dealership’s recommended course of action, getting a new key programmed was going to cost us $1k at least and take a week to finish —a nightmare situation! Then the tow company referred me to Prokeys and they quoted me $350 for the same job to be done ON THE SPOT, no towing necessary. Emmanuel saved my family having to drive hours to meet us at the airport, and saved us a lot of money and stress as we both had to work early the next day. I know Emmanuel could have just asked us to meet him the next day, so the fact that he stayed up to wait for us to arrive and get home the same night means SO MUCH. I also am grateful that the rates for this service aren’t disgustingly high as they are at the dealership. Thank you, you are a saint!

Lost my only truck key and was in a bad spot. Found pro keys on Google and called, they showed up in less then an hour, they made, and programed a key and I was on my way. Very impressed with the speed and also the cost!!

USE THEM & TRUST THEM *read, seriously* My rental car key fell into the ocean & my friends & I had a flight leaving in under 24 hours & the car was stuck in a parking garage. The very kind gentleman that came to help me gave recommendations, provided me with different options, talked me through the process, gave insight into the services provided, gave an amazing quote considering the short notice & the competitions price gouging. I CANT STRESS ENOUGH HOW GOOD THEY ARE. We had a brand new rental car that needed special programming to get our Fab replaced & into the vehicle & he did it in under 45 minutes. Giving his card out to my friends in the Maine area because I now know the only one to trust. On top of it all he helped me see we could use a AAA discount. He cared enough to help & not take advantage which is rare these days.

I needed a new key for my truck. I called the dealership and they "couldn't fit me in" for three weeks! Prokeys met me at a time and place convenient for me. He was friendly and funny. He was fast. And he charged way less than the dealership. I'd give him 6 stars if I could.

I was in need of a second key fob for my truck so I emailed the business. Not an emergency but they were quick to respond to my email and to come to my place of work . It took David less than 5 minutes to cut a physical key and program the fob for my 2019 Ram 1500. A car dealership quoted more than double the price. I am amazed how quickly this was done and with the price. Do yourself a favor and put this business contact in your phone. There may be a day where you will be relieved knowing ProKeys will save you.

Fast response, reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. I lost my only car key, AAA had me on hold and I couldn’t get through, my dealership was closed on Sunday, I contacted a local auto repair company and they referred me to ProKeys. They showed up within the hour and got me up and running plus they were able to get me the AAA benefits right there on site. As a result I was able to afford a second key at a very reasonable price. This is who to call.
