Great experience with Onyx. I had contacted a different locksmith about ordering and programming a new fob for my 2015 Kia Forte5 before going to Onyx. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks. When I contacted them, they gave me a line about searching multiple different contacts in order to find the correct fob with no luck. They also said they had called me multiple times, but my cell records show no evidence of this. My wife was able to find the correct fob with a quick Google search. I contacted Onyx and a locksmith drove to my wife's place of work and programmed the fob and cut the key in the parking lot. Great communication and great service. I would highly recommend Onyx Locksmith.

Excellent service!!! Highly recommend. Came out on a rainy Sunday night and my car was a difficult key make. Despite all that still cheaper than it would have been to have a free tow by AAA to have dealership do it on Monday! Grateful! Linda P

Amazing service! Friendly, fast, arrived even at 4am on Labor Day. Literally nobody else was open. AAA failed me. The big names wanted me waiting until 6am - in the rain - between my house and car which contained my precious keys to enter either. I placed one phone call to Onyx Locksmith and this absolute champion makes the drive in the dead of night to help me. I could not ask for more, I’ll be using these heroes for as long as I need anything in Maine. 100% awesome!

After losing our car keys at the beach, Onyx came to our rescue. My only regret is that we didn't call Onyx first and wasted time calling AAA and other locksmiths. After calling other places and going through prompt after prompt and not actually talking to anyone, Onyx picked up the phone right away. I don't even think it rang a second time. I know people are busy, so I half expected him to be late, but Amir was there exactly when he said he would be. Right upon his arrival, he made what was for us a very stressful situation seem like an everyday occurrence. He even tolerated me hovering around and asking questions. In no more than half an hour upon his arrival, we were driving away. Before leaving, I mentioned I had two other cars I eventually need spares for..to which his answer was .."how about Wednesday?" I have to save up some more cash..but I'll be in touch soon! Couldn't have been more happier.

I installed new lock sets throughout the house and hit a wall when the new deadbolts didn’t line up properly. Onyx arrived right on time and 35 minutes later my deadbolts finally match the rest of the house. Professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!

When amir showed up, he is very friendly proffesional, he assess what needed done first before he proceed and done it in less time.. he is life saver as i was trying to replace our front door deadbolt and the style that i bought has diff style and couldn't figure out, good think the onyx lock is 24/7, we are relief when he showed up when he said I'll be there in 25-30 mins, he showed up earlier and fixed our door in less time than I've expected.. thank you for your proffesionalism amir and workman ship, i definitely will give you 5 star for job well done..
