This company saved my life last week! Dropped only car key in a sewer drain walking my dog and found this company frantically searching for anyone who could rekey my jeep; no referral, no recommendation just found him! He worked with me while I was in a panic mode! Kept in constant contact, came after the normal hours, got me keys to give to others, (I'm not graceful if I drop keys) And continued to remain in contact for a third key Would totally recommend to anyone

I am remarkably impressed by this operation. A gentleman named Brent from this Guy’s went to help a young employee of mine after she had lost the key to our company vehicle. Due to some paperwork issues, us having no back up key and me being over an hour away at 8pm, it was a challenging situation. Yet the entire time, Brent was amazingly patient and helpful. Instead of brushing us off and saying there was nothing he could do, like others I have dealt with, he actually solved the dilemma with thoughtful suggestions and advice. To top it off, the price was more than reasonable. No joke, when my colleague told me the price to have a new key made on the spot, I was certain that she was mistaken. But, she was right. I very highly recommend Guys if you are ever in a tough lockout situation. Well done!

Can't recommend this guy highly enough! My car key snapped off in the ignition yesterday, so I had to get a replacement today. I called Guy and he was at my place within the hour. Guy is knowledgeable, friendly, and funny, and he walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it. Hopefully I'm not in a situation where I have to call a locksmith again any time soon, but if I am, Guy's is the only number I'm calling.

We had some house guests accidentally lock themselves out of area of our home for which we have never had a key. Guy was here in under 45 minutes and gave us multiple options. He got through an industrial strength lock in only a few minutes and still managed to save the hardware. Pricing was more than fair for an emergency call and he was in and out quickly. Highly recommended.

I cannot thank Guy enough! I was in town for work and lost my only car key. He was flexible with my schedule (even after I had to call last minute to push our appt back) and got me two brand new car keys the very next day. (No delay in getting the keys, I just couldn't meet until the following day.) He was professional and quick, also taught me as to why he was doing what he was doing. Patrick was on the phone to help us collect the data we needed to fabricate the keys. If you're in a bind, or just need an outstanding locksmith, these are your Guys!

I had removed an old mortise lock from a front door so I could paint the door properly. Had a problem reinstalling the deadbolt cylinder and Guy was brilliant in getting it reinstalled for me. Fast , got it done right, and very friendly to boot. What more do you need?

Needed to change the locks on an apartment unit last minute and Guy was available within two hours. He was professional, kind, and considerate. He also noticed that the lock, as installed previously by someone else, was less secure than it should be and fixed it free of charge so that the unit was safer. Couldn't ask for a better experience and would recommend him to anyone!

Guy really saved my wife and I last week when we were otherwise completely out of luck - the ignition in her 2004 Honda Civic completely seized in a bank parking lot, with the key stuck in position 1 and unable to come out of the ignition and unable to turn in either direction. Guy came out 15 minutes after we called and was able to release the key, remove and rebuild the entire ignition mechanism, and cut us a brand new key in about 20 minutes total! The total cost was less than half what we were quoted at the dealership, and also saved us the cost of a tow. If anything ever happens to you involving your car key or ignition or door lock in the greater Portland area, especially at night, GUY IS YOUR GUY!!!! DON'T END UP BEING *THAT GUY*....JUST CALL GUY, GUY!!!!!!!

Guy was polite, professional, fair, and fast. Came over to drill out and replace an old deadbolt lock cylinder that had broken in the cold weather. Showed me what he was doing, answered every question I asked about what was happening and why, and after installing the deadbolt even went the extra steps to bore out the strike plate so the bolt engaged smoother and sunk some longer screws in the door hinge to stop the door from sagging and hanging up. He lived up to his other online reviews (which was why I called him in the first place) and I will definitely use him again in the future if I have a need to.
